“Had a pleasant stay at Exotic Hotel with my family young child and elderly. Room was really clean, bathroom spacious and clean. Hot water and good breakfast. The staff was thoughtful and told us to just rest and go to bed and can do the check in procedures the next day as we arrived quite late at midnight. This hotel is situated in a lane where there is no crowd and it's so peaceful, a really short walk to golden temple. The team really took care of us well. Lift is currently being installed which will be useful for the future. Note that your vehicle won't be allowed in this area, so if you have lots of heavy luggage might have to get a rickshaw to get there”

“Recently stayed in country inn, it's not a good property at all rooms and especially washroom are very very small. Extremely over prized as facilities provided are not at all worth it. We booked using make my trip which says lunch and breakfast included but when we reached property they said food will not be served and you need to pay extra for that , they did not informed this while booking or before reaching hotel. Corridor of floor are so hot it's very difficult to stand and wait for lift, when we complained about that they advised to stay in room and avoid standing long in corridor. Really we had a very bad experience with this property and MakeMyTrip booking.”

“HONEST RATING- 0 star. I called them for a booking and they repeatedly tried to convince me to book after some days. As the time of my stay was during a rush period I insisted them to take my booking. Then they checked and confirmed that no room was available. Later they also called me saying that they will arrange another stay costing more than double the charges initially told. It was understandable that they tried to hold my booking till the last moment when all other options would get closed for me so that I would be forced to pay excessive amount for my stay.”

The location is inside a far far interior tiny road where only 2 wheeler and 3 wheeler can go!! They have strategically placed this hotel because they have a tie up with Auto rickshaws who will demand you a minimum of 200/- or sometimes more to the main road. They used the weakness of travellers who don't exactly know the location of this Hotel and their vehicles can't enter from the main road to the Hotel. The people working in the Hotel on night shift are very dodgy!!The lift is designed only for 2 people at a time. Rooms are less than average. Book this Hotel only if you are ok to stay inside some interior road side of Amritsar and You are not coming by own vehicles as there is no way to park or bring the vehicle in the narrow road and also ready to wait for the only one Hotel Tie-up Auto which is used by everyone staying in the Hotel and the Money you pay to that auto goes to Hotel.”

“WORST HOTEL EVER, Not safe at all. 1000 rupees per day Hotels are much much better than this one. The hotel staff entered our room in our absence. They went through our stuff and moved furniture out of the room. We complained but nobody took responsibility. We even called the police but no action was taken. THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE ESPECIALLY FOR GIRLS. The hotel manager was drunk and irresponsible. He was rude and arrogant and did not take any responsibility for his actions. On top of that, no inclusive breakfast/dinner was served, rooms were not prepared, the bathroom had overflowed, room lock was broken and THERE WERE MICE IN THE ROOM. WORST EXPERIENCE, NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY.”
