“We were warmly welcomed by the accommodating and helpful staff upon our arrival. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Complete on what you expect in a hotel room. We stayed for two nights, and I can say it was a fantastic experience overall. Room Size:The double queen bed was perfect for my family, providing ample space for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city of pines. Cleanliness: Room were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping maintained it throughout our stay. Breakfast: Includes variety of options including hot and cold items. Service: Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Others: Water dispenser with hot and cold in each floor. Free coffee in the lobby area. I recommend it to anyone seeking a reasonable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team at Microtel by Wyndham Baguio for making our trip so wonderful!”

“The room we had was really small. There was no place to put things on. There was only 1 chair and 1 very small side table. The stairs also looked creepy. But what made this place priceless for me was the excellent service from the staff and the parking. Staff quickly responded to requests and were very friendly. Since this hotel is by session road, it's good for travelers without cars.”

“Rooms are newly refurb but some important amenities are not functioning in our occupied room like telephone line is out. Location is good peaceful but not recommended for the tourist area, stiff entrance and quite far from other tourist spots (mines view park ,is only the nearest spot? Service is so poor! Staff are so beginners and didn't know how to handle customer relations! We arrived at 10am but we were admitted around almost 4pm! How cruel and stupid these staff are!?”

“For those who are on a very strict budget for accomodations in Baguio City, this can be an option (but I won't really recommend). If you have a vehicle, then this place can be good. Not recommended if you just plan to commute going to the city proper. The staff is okay, but for cubicles you'll need to rent an electric fan. Plus, the bed don't have a plywood underneath so you'll feel the metal frames underneath the bed mattress. The view is also just okay.”
