“At this price point, I believe the hotel is significantly overpriced, primarily due to its favorable location near the ski tracks. Unfortunately, their policies are not client-oriented. There is no cleaning service during your stay, no heating in the room, and no additional towels or robes provided for the SPA in the room. The Spa environment is far from relaxing, with water football matches in the swimming pool and kids frequently opening and closing the sauna door. Another drawback is the thin walls, allowing you to hear even other guests' snoring in adjacent rooms. While the breakfast and overall experience are acceptable, they fall short considering the high price.”

“Amazing hotel! I have stayed here with my family a total of three times in the past few years, and I am not planning on going anywhere else :D The building and area around it are gorgeous. Lots of details and everything is well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable. I often have trouble sleeping in new places, here it wasn't a problem. The restaurant has amazing food and outstanding service. Hotel has lots of things to do for people of every age; kids playroom and relaxations room, spa, again the restaurant to sit and have a nice drink on its balcony and the well kept garden. A big thank you to the owners and personel of Pensjonat Orlik. The place deserves at least two more stars than it already has!”

“This place is great, with a beatiful view at the mountains. Just be careful if you have a little kid- there is a play space downstairs and if you want to see something OUTSIDE of the hotel your child will be constantly asking "Can we already go back to the hotel, please?" No matter what you'd be doing :D”

“Liked the hotel generally, nice design, nice vibe but unfortunately the staff at the reception had very little knowledge of the city and the various tourist attractions. For example, we were given misleading information about tours to key attractions and consequently missed out. On our first day, we were sent to a hotel leisure centre almost 3 hours away when we had asked to visit the hot springs in the surrounding area. Our room was not cleaned for several days. The staff at the bar were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.”

“Had an absolutely amazing stay! Everyone was incredible nice and tried their best to communicate in English with us! We enjoyed the breakfast and had a few drinks in the bar as well! The whole hotel is really clean and well maintained, the pool is a nice size and the massage that I got was just brilliant! I cannot remember the girls name but she is an absolute star! There was also another guy we saw quite a lot, he was there the first night we arrived, then at breakfast, then again in the evening he was super hard working and really efficient. The view from the room was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better stay!”
