“Loved my stay here. This was my first ever time staying in a hostel, and it was exactly what I needed. Friendly employees, good spaces to study/work, good security, great food! I only had one roommate in my 6 person dorm, so that was fine but I can't speak for the full experience of all travelers. The buildings seem very historic and fit neatly into the landscape of NW Portland. I feel very happy now knowing that I have a cheap place to stay and feel welcome if I'm ever back in Portland again.”

“A very enjoyable stay and a great property. I stayed two nights, and the staff here are very customer service oriented. Tina at the front desk was the highlight of my stay, assisting me with questions before I had even arrived at the hotel. Upon arrival, she was very nice and provided me a list of the best restaurants in town along with things to do. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable with a great view. The parking situation was very easy, and there is a great sushi place just a few yards away! This hotel has a nice pool, gym, and hot tub, and is perfect for families. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the managers, to the housekeepers were on top of it. Thank you again Tina! I will definitely be back.”

“These cabins are incredible! They just have everything you need and the restaurant is very accommodating. There was an endless supply of wood for the stove that kept magically appearing outside our door. And we traveled with dogs, one which got very sick in the car on the way and the staff VERY graciously took our personal towels we used to clean up and the dog bed that was a mess and cleaned it up for us. This was soooo incredible. Wish I could give the team 10 stars. Just an amazing stay. And this was our second time back! We will keep coming.”

“We just finished a wonderful stay at Campbell House, and enjoyed everything about the Inn. From our arrival, Abby at the front desk was very friendly, and allowed us to change our room to better suit our needs. We brought our small dog with us, and everyone there was very helpful and pet friendly! The complimentary cookies, coffee and glass wine were very much appreciated and enjoyed, and the cooked to order breakfast was just excellent. What a wonderful oasis just a couple of blocks from all the downtown Eugene activities! The best hotel of our three week road trip, for sure.”

“It was my first time staying at the Jupiter Next and it won't be the last! I checked-in after hours because of a red-eye flight with no issue as they have flexibility with check-in. My room was clean with a much appreciated welcome snack pack. I ended up extending my stay because of the winter storm but enjoyed food from Hey Love downstairs and the assortment of spicy ramen I was able to purchase from their lobby bar. Overall, it's one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The modern, thoughtful conveniences that were offered are exemplary.”

“What a delightful surprise to find this place right on the river! Adorable rustic cabin theme. Beautiful pool. Such a fun plan with a wine and cheese hour and cookies and milk in the evening. We loved chatting with staff, especially George, who found a cookie and milk for us when road construction left us a few minutes late for the evening treat. Very nice products in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Road noise could be an issue for some in the mornings on the end closest to the road, but when you close the windows and turn on the fan, it's not noticeable. We were pleasantly surprised to discover the free breakfasts and quite satisfied with the variety of options.”

Might be time for some major upgrades in the HVAC systems. Sidewalks were not shoveled, over 4 inches of snow and they were very slick. Front desk friendly and cooperative too.”

The rooms are well furnished, with a small kitchenette and the basics for keeping preparing some meals to help keep my monthly trip costs down. The service has always been great! “This hotel stole money from my brother. He was there on a work trip and the room was paid for in full before they checked in. The front desk took his card to “secure” the room and then proceeded to charge multiple charges for $371 and $321 and over drafted his account and refused to reimburse. There was no damage to the room in any way. The manager of the hotel said they were “looking into it”. He had his HR department call and fight with the hotel for a day and then had to report the charges to his bank as fraud. They were able to recover one of the charges and are still working on the next one. Horrible service. Also very random but they also stole his deodorant when they cleaned his room and it was inside of his suitcase when he left the room.”
