Whenever I called for service the things would’ve been there in under 5 minutes (Not food takes around 15-20) minutes. The laundry is really amazing they do it so nice and cleanly but what kills it is the price. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is good and there are halal options but, the food is cold when it’s served at breakfast. “We stayed in the hostel for only one night however it was enough to conclude that this is a fantastic accommodation in Bangkok city. Very artistic with lots of plants and cool decorations. We paid for a double room (only two guests). The room set up is fantastic (they even had a nice music player -the sound was great) and spacious. It felt pretty clean and bed was comfortable. “I definitely recommend this hotel. Booked this hotel as I heard it’s best to be close to the train station (BTS and MRT I think) and found it to be actually really good. The hotel is based literally right next to the station. You can actually see people going to the station when you’re in the lift. Literally 1 second away. At first they gave us a very very basic room which was ok, average, but after seeing the cleaning lady clean next door I saw how much bigger it was and we asked and got an upgrade. The room was sooo much better, it felt more like a hotel stay. Had everything we needed. The hotel is right on the main street where everything is, Soi Cowboy is literally a 2 minute walk (google says 10 or something). 10 minute walk to Nana Plaza too. Perfect location for everything. The restaurant Indulge was great too, tasty food for a reasonable price. (I’ve left another review on that).”

“Upon arrival the staff helped take our belongings from the car to the room. The outwards appearance of the hotel looks good. The room was less than adequate. Plenty of mosquitos, very dusky, bed linens worn and not very comfortable. Bathroom was dirty. The grouting was black, the shower glass was opaque, the tiles had left over soap residue, the shower head had scaling. Wall in the room where paper thin i could hear easily what was being said in the room next door. Had to cancel our room early as it just felt unclean and not very private. The staff are helpful.”

Upon check-in, the request for an additional set of linen for the sofa was refused. need to pay extra. after payment they gave me 1 pillow and a dirty blanket without a cover. When I asked for a sheet, they said there was none! There are cockroaches in the bathroom, the rooms are dirty and require cleaning. terrible place! If you don't want your vacation to be ruined, don't come here!”

“This hostel was by far the poorest designed hostel I’ve been to in Bangkok. The sink makes a loud noise and have rust all over, the hallways have no ac so they’re hot whenever you’re using the restroom. But, the most frustrating thing id have to say is the staircase. I fell down 2x within my one night stay. I got lucky and only got a bloody knee and elbow. But, if you do stay at this hostel, please be careful on the stairs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are tons of better options.”
