“We traveled with 1 kitten at an additional cost which we where aware of at reservation time. What we were not aware of was the Billing. They charged our card two rates, the room and pet rates seperatly. Then I noticed an additional charge which was a combined charge of both stated above. Altogether three separate charges! Called Hotel, manager said the individual charge for room and pet will " drop off" in a few days. They should notify you of this at check out. It would allivate additional calls and not to mention stress. Good ending charges did " drop off" 😊”

“Great location in the center of downtown. There is a Publix supermarket nearby with 5 min walk. Employees were professional, but not very friendly. It's a very modern hotel, great design of lobby and common area. The breakfast dining room is huge, lots of seating space. Great breakfast with plenty of food options. The flavored water station was out of the flavor syrup but didn't have sign up, so took us a bit to figure out why we were only getting just water without the selected flavor until we asked the employee. The hot water took a long time to get in the room, had to run the water for minutes before it would be hot, not sure if that was a one time issue or it's an ongoing issue. If it's something ongoing, then it's a waste of water and should be looked it. The AC was LOUD! Definitely should be checked. Have ear plugs with you if you can't sleep well with noise or turn off the AC. Google labels this hotel as 2 stars hotel. I would disagree with that, this is for sure a 3 stars hotel! All in all, great hotel! We will recommend and will consider staying again.”

“We stayed at the Trundle one evening, based on the large number of 5-star reviews. I have chosen to give it three stars because of the premium cost. First, the room thermostat was not working properly. We were offered another room but that was not a convenient option. Second, apparently the hotel uses digital antennae to provide TV service instead of cable tv. Several channels, including two local channels, were not functioning. Upon inquiring, I was told they were "having a problem with a few channels." Having said this, the room was nice, and, even though a half block from a hospital ambulance entrance, very quiet. The criticisms are based on the premium cost of the room. For what I paid, I expected better.”

“There are 3 Hilton Properties in the Seneca area. I would say this is the best Hilton in the area, if you are a business traveler. This property was much cleaner than the Hampton right across the street from Clemson University. Additionally, you get the full 10 points per every dollar spent here compared to Tru by Hilton where you only get five points per every dollar. The rooms were clean, and there were no bugs on the ceiling lamp right when you open the door (this is what I saw at the other Hampton across Clemson university). The location is OK but you’re not far from the dining options that are right across Clemson University. Additionally, the AC unit actually turns off once it reaches the thermostat temperature which is nice since it is not running all day and night. The hotel overall is quiet at night so that helps with getting a good nights rest. If I’m ever back In the area, this Hilton will most likely be my go to unless a new one gets built!”

“Not only is the Restoration Hotel such a beautiful hotel in downtown Charleston but what made this place super special was the amazing service and kindness of the entire staff. They offer free Charcuterie and wine for happy hour, free room snacks (a decadent selection) and a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks. Every morning they leave an adorable basket with a lovely breakfast at your door. The rooms are huge and ours had a kitchen in it. The bathroom was modern and spacious with a large rain shower. We were driven and picked up on request in the Restoration jeep complimentary. There is a beautiful roof top restaurant that is such a cool vibe with great views of downtown. Every part of the space is lovely, cozy and just makes you feel the Charleston southern hospitality. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Trip and Josh for your extraordinary service! You make it hard to go back to the real world where kind and thoughtful service seems to be a thing of the past. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing weekend in Charleston!”

The bedrooms in 206 were small & the furniture worn & dated. The outdoor whirlpool was drained and never filled while we were there. The balcony was dirty & furniture filthy. The beds were worn & had foam pads to cover the worn mattresses. No paper towels & 1 dish towel. The view was beautiful & the smart TVs were nice. We will stay elsewhere next trip..”
