“Marvellous and peacefull place by the river, ideal for rest and those who want to get off the croweded. Nice nature beside all reconstruction are doing around. Nice pathway by the river to the beach of Agva on the Black Sea. The host is incredible woman who helps you everything you need, about boat river tour and organizing the taxi to airport. Even if you had some wish about some food you have just to tell her and she is organizing the kitchen. As well she is soeaking english very well, simply SHE IS THE BEST 🥰The staff are so polide, kind and smily. I will recommend to everyone and maybe I will come back🙏”

Location is great, the only thing is that taxis cannot drop the passengers at the hotel entrance because there are tram lines in the hotel’s street and no car is allowed. This might be important for families with kids. But this might be an issue everywhere in Istanbul’s city center anyway.”

“After an early morning flight we got to the hotel at around 8am in the morning and the front desk went above and beyond to get us an early check in. Which was great as we fell asleep as soon as we got into our room. Every member of the front desk, day or night were outstanding, professional and friendly. The room was a decent size with comfortable beds and pillows however two minor things. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and we wished we could have lowered the aircon to less than 18 degrees. The breakfast was hot and filling with a good selection of continental food. However I feel the hot food could be more varied though they did make us eggs the way we wanted them. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and amazing at their jobs. Gunes, Azimi, Utku and Nazl were the highlights. Gunes and Nazl especially were super friendly and helpful and helped us with shopping ideas. Let’s not forget the amazing geniuses in the kitchen who prepared all the food every morning. Gunes I hope you realise your dream one day of managing a hotel!! The boys also loved the swimming pool and my wife rated the spa service highly. The hotel is located in a vibrant area that’s always lively. All the major attraction are easily reachable by public transport which are nearby. All in all it was a great hotel made even more great by the amazing staff that work there.”

“A really calm and resting atmosphere to take a good break from the crowdedness of Istanbul. Wooden cottage rooms are super clean and well designed. Hosts were really nice! They bring us to the hotel the first day we came and avoided us 25 minutes of walk with luggages, they arranged us ATV tour (quad) in the mountains with a guide and pedalo on the river so that these activities were stress-free for us and they allowed us to stay a few hours more in hotel lobby while we were waiting our bus. We have no negative point to raise… and are letting you enjoying the attached pictures so that you can get a clear idea of the place. ;)”
