“Great hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly service. They also had gluten free bread for me at breakfast, which was awesome. Only downside and therefore no five stars, was the taxi they had called for me the next day. The taxi driver, an older guy, tried to rip me off, which was very disappointing. The taxi driver quoted a price to the receptionist of the hotel on the phone, which she relayed to me. But then once I arrived at my destination, the taxi driver wanted almost double. And he didn't speak English and I didn't speak Polish. So that was an uncomfortable argument 😳”

“The best hotel in the city! Perfect location, free parking, accommodation is on the highest level. Very tasty breakfast - omelet, different salads , bread, yogurts, fruits, cheese, ham etc with all types of coffee, juices and tea. Also there is a small kitchen on the 3 floor where you can make tea or coffee anytime by yourself ( also fridge, microwave and kettle). The room is fresh with a big bath room. Free bottles of sparkling water are in the room with glasses. Everything in a good condition. Thank you so much for everything! For you support and understanding. Especially to the owner and all staff. That was so pleasant to stay in your hotel!!!!”

“I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The front staff was very accommodating. The only thing missing for me would be coffee service in the room. I didn't check for room service, but a coffee pot in the room with instant coffee would of been perfect. Otherwise, in my eight hour stay, it was pretty much perfect.”

“I visited the campsite this summer. The only undoubted advantage of this campsite is its location. There are different things to say about the rest, especially if it's not the first campsite you've been to. The price of PLN 150 per day for a camper and three people is not an attraction, especially since they have such an invention as paid showers. And the worst thing is not that 3 minutes of bathing costs PLN 4, but that everything is dirty, neglected and moldy. Mold around the windows, mold on the ceiling, mold behind the shower curtain... If the owner does not agree with this opinion and believes that the sanitary conditions are adequate and bathing in such conditions is a pleasure and an additionally paid pleasure, I just want to point out that yes It wouldn't look like this if someone systematically cleaned it at least once a day. Such mushrooms do not grow in one day. As proof, I am attaching photos of the interior of one of the shower cabins.”

It's located next to a lake yet not all the rooms can enjoy its0 view. The service and food quality are very satisfying (I would consider this place vegetarian-friendly as they kindly prepare a vegetarian meal if needed).”

“Great place! We stayed there for New Year eve party and can’t fault the hotel. Absolutely spotless, great service and food during the party was exceptional (better than some 5* hotels in London). Party room was beautifully decorated and staff went extra mile to make sure everyone had great time! Even the choice of music band was spot on. Despite the variety of guests they have managed to find something for everyone. Definitely we will visit again when in Poland.”

“The spa was cold and consisted of a jacuzzi and saunas on a different floor, which were at a good temperature only two hours per day. We were told the swimming pool was open but it had been closed for three months. The breakfast was lackluster and staff wasn't refilling anything that was running out. Treatment was generally ok and the price was very good that's why I give it two stars. The location is nice but I wouldn'trecommend it for off season. Overall, things could be managed much better.”

“Overall the room is ok for a 1 night stay but the review will be about the receptionist. So we booked a room at 23:57 and for whatever reason that was a problem for her. She wanted us to pay again and after explaining her that we did that already she started telling us we booked it too late (what??) and what if she didn’t have a free room us (again what??). At the end making some weird and disrespectful remark about Ukraine. That’s a short version of our conversation. Probably they should learn how to talk to guests and how booking actually works.”
