“Wow! The moment we walked into our room, the TV said 'Welcome' with our names which made us feel right at home! Our room was huge and comfy, fit for a king. Being connected to a casino was super cool, but our room was peaceful, like our own hideaway from the fun outside. Everything was so fancy and cozy like they knew just what we needed. This place is top notch if you want a super comfy stay with a touch of excitement nearby!”

“We booked seven rooms for family members coming into town for a celebration of life service. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Thanks to: Heather, the front desk manager who was so helpful and flexible in booking, The desk clerks who greeted us on arrival, knew in advance why we were there and took care of our every need. The breakfast room lady who doted an the 7 children in the family - putting the TV on Bluey and getting them ketchup. The night/weekend clerk (Kevin) who opened the breakfast room for us, helped us get football on the TV, let us have two takeout meals in there and didn't flinch when our kids have Barbie's all over one table. This location is showing a little age but is incredibly clean and well maintained. We did have one problem (a shower head that fell off :) but they opened another room for that family to shower in, and had the shower fixed in no time. The indoor pool and hot tub is amazing and kept the kids entertained. The breakfast is hot, varied from day to day, and excellent. In short - this is just a REALLY well run hotel.”

“Absolutely beautiful! (Rm #121) We were in a room next to the pool, I was definitely nervous about sounds~ but the room was well insulated, no noise at all. The bed! The most comfortable bed! I actually took a day nap! The dinner we ordered was DELICIOUS! Cesar salad, sweet/spicy sesame wings and cheeseburger. Best wings, so so good. The room was immaculate and personnel were attentive. They have a fire pit outside, such a beautiful spot. Definitely will stay here again when passing through.”

“I'm a Hampton customer. I chose Hampton because of our past experience with the brand. This location did not meet up to those prior experiences. Room 304 needs some love. This location needs some updating in the bathrooms. It was a let down to see the state of it. The shower is grimy at the top like someone can't reach. Also has mildew/mold stained caulk and corners. The toilet tips from side to side with any movement. The conditioner was empty. On my first day I had to ask for more toilet paper and tissue as the room was left with less than half a roll and no back up. Not a huge deal in life but for $176 a night it is for me. The microwave was also left with someone's old food in it. I refused to open it. I did report this to the front desk and the attendant did look as disturbed as I felt and took notes. No one ever came to remedy any of it. The pool was ice cold. The very first step into the water was unbearable! So that was out! Really bummed. The plus was breakfast options. Hampton always does a nice job with their breakfast. I am gluten free and appreciate the basic scrambled eggs and breakfast meats.”

“The rooms were nice but we were disappointed in the service, specifically housekeeping, during our three night stay. It was difficult to get housekeeping to stop at our room after asking multiple times, we had to put our full trash cans and dirty towels in the middle of the outside hall (where people could trip on them) to get them emptied and collected. After the third time asking for the trash to be collected, the desk handed me a trash bag and told me to empty them myself. The free breakfast was great and the staff was very courteous and helpful at least.”
