“Very nice hotel. New , modern , clean... Good fresh food in the restaurant. PS: salad dressing should be on the side as it was much to much on mine so i would like to add the dressing myself.... Breakfast could have been better. No tomato beans, no boiled or fried eggs , no ogorek kizone... or pickles. ... Lots of nice fresh bread but the rest of selection a bit "poor" But the hotel rooms are super nice... Guess i will visit again 😊”

“I have to admit that I haven't been served this way in the restaurant yet. The waitress showed my family with her finger where the menu was, to take it by yourself. The glass had traces of mold on the bottom. After calling the waitress's attention, she took the glass and that was it - no beer, no mold, no problem. Nobody came to get the bill, you have to go to the bar to pay for the meal, with all the family. Unfortunately, paying attention to the waitress about the dirty beer glass, I heard in return - "it was just a dirty glass". I paid for that beer (half of it) - maybe its some sort od local standard.Is this the standard of the restaurant - really? As for me, a single visit is far enough. I recommend sending your staff for customer service training. Marina is quite good, that's why there are two stars.”

“A beautiful setting with plenty of activities for the kids. Play areas, trampolines, bikes, go-karts with track and of course the zip-wire kept the children entertained the whole day. “Great place. Comfortable rooms (take a bigger room; some of them are small), excellent breakfast. Beautiful walking trails. Very quiet, relaxing place for summer retreat. A couple of suggestions for the staff: the dinning room is a bit messy ( not dirty) and cluttered. Also, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but some patrons brings them. There was a super loud dog when we were there and the owner did nothing, neither the staff. It was only when I complained to the waitress that she asked the owners to move outside.”

“Generally not bad: nice location by the lake, sandy beach, large pools and spa amenities outside and inside, playroom for children, lot of space on green grass, spacious car park, comfortable rooms. Everything fresh and clean. But: long lines to the reception (we waited standing 1 hour to be checked in !!!) .My advice: please use a numbering system like in the doctor's line so people can sit down. Avoid rooms on 3rd level placed under sloping roof without normal windows and balconies (only small roof windows). "Great merit" to the construction designer and investor for the implementation of such poor idea in a new building that costed millions. This is not 5 stars hotel ! No afternoon room service, no lagguage service, not competent staff in the restaurant. No beach beds, no umbrellas, few foldable small deckchairs, no hotel beach with service.”

“The Kraina Alkos is absolutely the best and most relaxing hotel I've ever been to. We've had already very high expectations and they were exceeded by far. I loved the familiar atmosphere that we felt during our entire stay and the deep connection to the nature, that we felt in every corner of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, home made and with love. There was a great offer for outdoor activities such as kayaking or swimming in the river and as well plenty of great restaurants nearby. I really appreciate such treasures of the nature, a hotel in the heart of the Masurian lakes, fully integrated in the precious environment. Something this beautiful is rare and I find it deeply fascinating and impressive. My respect to this place, the owners and the creative minds behind this hotel is very high. “The restaurant is awesome! The dishes taste soooo good. And they've got a wide range of local bottled beer. The hotel itself is good value for money. Central location, close to the lake and supermarkets. The building is a bit old, but the room is clean and the bathroom was new. Walls are a bit thin, so you sometimes hear the room next door.
