The heated pool, private balconies, simple yet delicious breakfast and wonderful staff made this a pleasant boutique hotel experience. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were really difficult to use and squeeze liquids out of. I’d rather use refillable larger containers than these small plastic bottles. 2. Our bathroom door did not close and some of the hardware in the bathroom was coming loose. The shower pan only had a curtain divider and water would get out when we shower.”

“Stayed here for a week with my wife, we rented mopeds and zipped all over the island - it was a blast. Walking distance to literally everything. Steps from Blue Heaven and Rams Head restaurants, and others. You can text or phone your breakfast choices to the front office and they bring it up to your room in a cute little basket. Complimentary mimosas every morning was so nice. Easy check in process. Quiet area at night. Rooms are indeed tight, but enough for 2 people, and this is advertised, so it wasn't a surprise. It's a very pretty Victorian building. Wifi was great. Overall this was a perfect stay for us and at a great price point for what we got!”

The staff are all super kind, we especially had a great experience with Indra - we had a ton of questions and she was always ready to help and super kind! The rooms are great, looks like they have recently remodeled as they are even better than the pictures! Only thing, wish the room had a microwave. Pool was nice as well. “I am never one to post a bad review however, since this was our honeymoon I must must must warn you. DO NOT believe any of the pictures put online. We wanted the feel of Old Key West, which the inn itself and the grounds is exactly what you would expect, however the rooms are another story. We chose the Cottage room. Online the pictures looked lovely. What we got was a whole other ordeal. Nightmare... Nothing and I mean nothing in that room was what posted online. It was a bed/no headboard, side tables were trashed, dresser was broken (drawers) the ceiling fan was filthy, the blinds on door broken(couldn't open or close) very dark for a cottage. The engineered wood floors were peeling and moldy. Sheets were scratchy and stained. Towels were the same. We used the pool towels for showering. The grout on bathroom floor tiles cracked and dirty/retiled shower but not the floor? The toilet seat and towel bar were broken( they were fixed immediately) Housekeeping was every other day and nothing was cleaned only bed remade with what seemed like same sheets. I had asked for a different room immediately to be told they were booked, was also told one of the nicer rooms was given to another just that day cause she complained her room was too dark and depressing. Whom complained first was another question, I couldn't get a better room for my honeymoon? I wanted to cancel and walk out by the next day but wouldn't get a refund (paid 2900 for 5 days plus another 250 for resort fees) due to booking third party. Obviously we stayed and spent a lot of time away from hotel. I enjoyed waking up/no sleep running out of cottage grabbing coffee and sitting in pool/ then hot tub, relaxing outside on cabana beds. Then staying out all day and night, my husband tried to keep me calm enough to re enter the cottage at end of evening when I would rather sleep outside, a few days I almost did. So in a recap, would I stay there again, absolutely not! I put up some pictures, sorry I didn't take an overall pic of room, just shocking. We actually did end up leaving and staying down at the beach for our last night.”

“This is a great place to stay. My wife and I were there for our 25th anniversary and had a wonderful stay. Room is small, but perfect for us. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good size with nice shower and we had a very nice deck area to enjoy morning coffee and late night drink. Location is perfect, a few hundred yards from Duval and quick walk to Southern Most point in US. While close to Duval (very busy street), the neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommend!”
