Online cab will never comes outside hotel, you have to walk till main road. No lift. If you book online, receptionist will ask you to upgrade room as selected rooms is not ready and he will charge Rs. 200-300 extra. It's a cheating basically. You have pay full amount at the time of check-in. Overall this hotel's rooms doesn't deserve a rate of more than Rs.500-700 per night. Book this hotel at your own risk.”

“We booked two rooms and we three people checked in the hotel dated 21-12-2023 around 9 pm. The room was not ready as they were painted before 10 minutes and room smell's very bed after complaining they did spray some room freshener, but it was also not too good. Tap was leaking, soap shampoo was not available. In morning we called at reception around 7:40 am for breakfast but no one was able to pick call. I came down at reception and requested the guy at reception to arrange breakfast as we had to leave for office. The guy at reception asked us to directly coordinate with the pantry guy. Then we asked him to serve veg food only. They served breakfast at 8:40am it was clearly mentioned and discussed on call that we are pure vegetarian but he brought eggs in breakfast plate, so we denied and the person took that plate and came back after removing eggs in the same plates. We were 3 persons but the hotel team served only 2 plates in the breakfast. And when we asked for 3rd plate he said it will take more time. It was already around 9 am. Then we came to the reception but the guy at reception was sleeping and was not bothered to even listen. He told us to do whatever we can and even complain and do check out from the hotel. So, we came with our luggage. Hotel location was fine but the staff is totally bad specially reception persons.”
