“Booked a private room with private toilet. The toilet was not clean when we checked in, got a new room where there were black long hairs and dirt on the floor. Mentioned to staff a second time and they blamed it on that it had been very busy the day before - not my problem excuse. They said they could clean our room extra the following day which never happened. Atmosphere in Hostel was very quite and dead if you want a quite/ un-social hostel.”

“Beautiful rooms amazing view very relaxing. Sebastian was our chef the breakfast and dinner were wonderful, lovely guy. We also met some other l friendly guests and had great conversations at meal times. It rained the whole time which often ruins a holiday but we still had the best time!”

“During our stay on a motorhome site, we noticed that the ground was not entirely flat, causing water to pool in one side of the shower and sink. However, the amenities were fantastic! Showers and toilets were very clean and we used the laundry facilities and clotheslines. Although the overall cost was a bit higher than other options in the area, the location was unbeatable and it was the only available option at the time. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a lovely experience.”

“Visited recently and arrived to a helpful and very present staff member. Rooms freshly renovation and clean which was just lovely. Comfortable beds and a relaxing atmosphere. Took the complementary bikes for ride into town. Close to beaches and restaurant. We will definitely return. Thankyou.”

“We had the most wonderful stay at The Atlantic, and are already planning our return! The rooms are spacious, tastefully appointed and immaculately kept. The property itself is a peaceful oasis which offers complete privacy and quietude to guests despite being ideally located right in the middle of Byron town. No attention to detail has been spared, from the artwork to the shared kitchens to the surfboards and bicycles available for use; to the well-curated selection of gifts and homewares on offer for purchase. We found the staff to be warm, friendly and willing to assist with whatever we needed. Very grateful; can’t wait to be back.”

“Stayed 3 nights at this lovely caravan park right next to the river. Facilities were adequate and clean. Very handy, as just a short walk, to the quaint township of Brunswick Heads that has all the shops and service we needed. Surrounding areas were quite scenic, with lots as beautiful sites to view, including the beach and headlands. Would recommend to others.”
