“Fabulous hotel and staff. Everything is vegan and taste delicious…except the morning coffee. Our room was perfect, the only improvement I could ask for is the flower pots on the 3rd floor. All the other floors had beautiful flowers on the deck. The third floor flowers were all dead and the pots were smelly. We would definitely stay again. We also received free bus passes for the Bernkastel wind fest. We are not a vegan household and still loved the food. Our teens raved about the cheesecake.fantastic view!!!”

“We stayed here last summer and it was splendid. The rooms are clean, spacious and offer beautiful views. The receptionists are too kind. We bought loads of wine and insisted on helping us putting it in the trunk. On top of that, we came back to Bernkastel this week and wanted to buy some wine again. We were offered a wine tasting, alongside with lovely conversations about the family business, wine processing etc. After we chose our wines, we got the best recommendations for cute restaurants and bars. We thought we'd share them with you as well! I highly recommend this lovely stay to everyone.”

“The fifth star goes off the room (the suite) since it's located on the fourth floor with no lift...that makes access to the room a bit more tedious than I prefer with my luggage Other than that everything is in the best of order with good parking, friendly staff, a nice little shared living room with a trustbar and a reasonable breakfast in a quiet location”

“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Friendly staff that was very attentive. We payed extra to get a balcony and that was well spent money. A beautiful view over the Mosel river! The food was good and well priced. Nice sun garden and pool with both sun and shadow. The only thing that makes it four instead of five stars was a very hard bed and a hopeless pillow.”
