“Went for a dinner with family. Restaurant looked clean and well maintained. Staff was very polite but the whole experience got ruined by an extremely slow service. Food arrived in more than 40 minutes that too only a partially. We had to ask multiple times for the complete order. This was a case when we visited on a weekday and the restaurant was almost empty. Food was average in taste. Even for bill we had to ask multiple times after the dinner was done.”

“Would not recommend. I don't know how this hotel has 4 stars when all the reviews are bad. Either just have a banquet hall cause I guess they are good at 'decoration' only. As a 20 year old adult one can go to a hotel with their partner but we were straight up not allowed for no reason (why does it say unmarried couples allowed). There is no parking either and the location isn't good. Also it's way smaller than the photos.”

“Guys this is the worst property u will check-In ever .! - Firstly they said they have not received any booking . - 2nd I booked this room from Oyo around 642 but the time I reached at the reception they asked to pay more as last pay was the booking amount u paid to Oyo .! -3rd they asked not to pay from Oyo app and said pay to our QR code as Oyo server is running slow .! - 4th lady by the name Shweta she is so rude as she does it know how to address the guest .! -5th she asked for ID which we shared but she was trying to be over smart so much that she was trying to make booker stupid .! - 6th even if ID picture is bit blur they won’t accept . She overall wanted to say that the guest who are coming they won’t be happening the right ID proof .! -7th at the time of checking -out we asked any pending bills left they said no everything done just sign .! -next day Shweta again called up and said that please pay pending amount of food or else will be sharing the email at your address her tone was like harassing.! Overall I think they do very good planning on how to empty guest pocket .! This place is the whole fraud place guys never do check-in #staff attitude issue # disrespectful place #fraud people at the reception Having a good room property is not good enough to run a hotel they should have good staff with good knowledge which makes the hotel a memorable place for every guest”

“My recent stay at this hotel can only be described as a nightmare. The room was in a state of utter disrepair, with malfunctioning amenities and an infestation of mosquitoes that made it impossible to sleep. The most immediate problem was the non-functional flush in the toilet. Repeated attempts to flush resulted in nothing but the ominous gurgling of water, leaving me stranded in an uncomfortable situation. I was forced to call housekeeping, who arrived after an inordinate delay and simply shrugged their shoulders, claiming they couldn't fix it. As if the toilet debacle wasn't enough, the charging slot near the bedside table was also out of commission. This meant I couldn't charge my phone or any other electronic devices, leaving me completely disconnected during my stay. But the icing on the cake, or rather, the mosquito on the ceiling, was the rampant mosquito infestation. The room was teeming with these pesky insects, buzzing around my head and landing on my skin, making it impossible to get any rest. Despite using mosquito repellent and closing the windows, they seemed to find their way in, leaving me with a multitude of itchy bites to commemorate my stay. The overall experience was nothing short of horrendous. The malfunctioning amenities, the lack of basic hygiene, and the constant harassment from mosquitoes made it a truly unforgettable night – for all the wrong reasons. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to reconsider, as it is a place where comfort and relaxation are nowhere to be found.”
