“The Mudhouse was in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, mountains, birds, flowers. It was such a beautiful experience. The stay, the Mudhouse and the Tree House was an absolute gem, and the food was amazing. Especially Lunch!! The staff were super kind and attentive. “I recently stayed at Lumino Highrange. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, as it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They charged me a significant amount for a small room, but due to exhaustion and limited availability, I had no choice but to accept it. The room and bathroom were extremely small and not very clean. The bedsheets and towels in the bathroom were old and not properly maintained. Considering the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it. They overcharged me by at least ten times. The location, however, was good. The non-Malayali staff members were really kind and helpful, but the Malayali staff members were a bit arrogant and displayed attitude.”

“It is a very nice resort. It is built on a heritage property. It is a very colossal property it has over 25 acres of area. We can walk as there is ample space for walking and there is no need to go out to walk. The rooms were splendid and the food was nice. They also have an elephant park of their own so you can also do elephant rides over there. Overall good experience over there.”

“Very poorly maintained rooms ane pathetic service. First of all, they lied to us about having parking space but once we reached, there was no parking available for our car. No hot water until we ask someone to switch on the same, when they have clearly mentioned that hot water is available from 6.30 in the morning. They did not have fresh towels for us, neither there was housekeeping staff to clean the rooms. We had to ask multiple times for even a bottle of water. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.”

The food was bland and mediocre.The resort looked nothing like the pictures on their website. They are maintaining with minimal staffs and you won't expect luxurious. The only good thing was the view from the balcony, but that was not worth the price I paid. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. It was a waste of time and money. I give it 2 stars out of 5. The main thing I would like to say is that the breakfast provided was completely unsatisfactory. There are only 2 items for you to eat, which is not worth the cost of the stay.”

“Chef Amal, the chef cum property manager cum all in all, like in all the other reviews is a wonderful person, very friendly, accommodating and so helpful. The property is run with minimal staff and looks like Amal is the only responsible person. He makes mouth watering dishes and he makes them as requested. He got us native garlic, helped with ideas to go around and also gave tips. 3 out of 3 stars is for Amal. But he cannot get the other 2 stars also on his own and his team should enable it. But, the 2 guys in service seem to need to be spoon-fed everything. The room was given late due to a late check out, the room cleaning was inadequate and even after reminding the 2nd day, the cleaning was done quite late. They just check you in and forget except for food. The superior villa is a shame with absolutely no sound proofing. The villa is close to the kitchen and every sound from the kitchen, other rooms and even the bonfire music is heard. The resort itself though is beautifully maintained. The host family is very good and takes care of all your requirements. Provide tasty home food and tea/coffee for breakfast. Overall a nice and calm stay. Please don't have very high expectations on food if you are North Indian and don't want to taste south Indian food as after all it is a homestay not a hotel and worth the price you are paying.”
