“Large rooms, quite cold in winter; owner is clearly pretty cheap as heating is shutdown during the night. Owner also charged us for breaking a boiling pot in ceramic that was not securely attached to the boiling pot and very fragile, clearly he's a bit tired and cheap... Also 28euro for the spa per person is quite expensive as he pushes to limit it for only one hour per reservation. Could have been much better and clearly nothing has been done to the rooms for 20 years and the pillows are really not confortable. Cash machine for the owner. Not only is this a cash machine for a lazy owner but he LIES in his reply claiming we somehow "stained" with beer bottles (we don't drink beer, we actually bought 2 bottles of wine of them (what a mistake to encourage such crooks!). Tissues on the floor?He probably means towels left on the floor when leaving the room at the end of the stay as it's supposed to be done. We spent around 1k euro on this property in 5 nights which is expensive and the owner complains?? We left the room pristine, as clean as you can get, but resorting to lies only shows the type of fake smile character he really is (you'll see) This owner is really dishonest loser, clearly. Looking forward for his retirement as he's tired of people as he told us and it shows. Grumpy old man. sad. I would avoid this place!”

“Overall I would not recommend this hotel for a vacation, I am shocked that this hotel made it on the SLH list. It is very dated and overall does not have a feel for a 5 star hotel. We decided to cut our stay short and was told that we could cancel the stay due to us being unhappy. When we go to check out, they unexpectedly charged us $400 in cancel fees which is more than a nightly stay and very disappointing.”

Should at least have complimentary bottled water even if not cold (no mini bar) but appreciate the free coffee at the lobby -- where's the milk though? Dinner at the resto was good, service quick. Good breakfast spread, too.”

“Emergency stop over and pleased to eventually find the hotel. Not the part of the city a tourist might naturally seek out. Room was adequate in terms of bed but a bit too small for easy access with suitcases. Reception was less than friendly to be honest which is why only two stars given. A smile upon our arrival might have been nice after a long drive in the car, lucky for them the waitress in the restaurant was pleasant and served us what was a good meal for the price.”

“Beautiful hotel just outside of Bédoin. We were very warmly welcomed and even able to check out the rooms before confirming. I was a bit late getting back down the Ventoux but this was no issue for them and I was allowed to have a shower and check out later. The evening dinner was also very nice and good value. The garden and pool area looked very nice. A definte recommendation if visiting Bédoin.”
