“Location is probably the best and only reason to stay here. The rooms are fine in size. The beds are very uncomfortable. Decor is basic hospital white and boring. Staff will take stuff if you leave it in the room, so be aware. Milan in general is expensive, so I understand staying here. It's clean and desk staff speak English. The amount of noise throughout the night was awful. Between that and the hard terrible bed, it was almost impossible to sleep.”

“We stayed here for the proximity to the train station to get on an early train to Switzerland. While the proximity to the trains were great, if you're looking for a central Milan location, this is not it. We were a large group, which was accommodated, but the rooms were a bit small and needed a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. For a one night stay, this worked for us, but it was not necessarily a memorable experience either way.”

“I don’t recommand this hotel as they are not truthful. I forgot my medical pillow in the room, called 15 min later to ask them keep it for me and will come back a few days later to get it. They said they never found my pillow in the room! The room cleaners as certainly stole it! It is terrible! Very bad experience and very sad that we can not trust a 4 hotels stars…”

“Love this hotel. Rooms are fairly basic and small but clean and comfortable. Has a small fridge to keep your drinks cold and an AC. This is great for a solo traveler on a budget. Close to metro stop. And very good breakfast which was included with the hotel price. One of the few that gives you cooked breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. The staff is so friendly and helpful too and speaks English if you don't know Italian. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“Lovely hotel not far from city centre. The staff is really kind and my room was immaculate, one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is well equipped (safety box, hairdryer, toiletries etc), quiet and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was included in my stay and there was a great selection of sweet and savoury with fresh coffee, also the management went the extra mile and ordered vegan pastry especially for me. I’m so grateful for the gesture and overall I had a very pleasant stay.”

“The place where you have to check in and get the key is about 5 minutes away from the accommodation, and you have to go to the mall near there and check in there and then go back to the apartment, their office in the mall is also hard to find. It is hard to find and we asked several people to find it. The problem is that if you want to check in after 9 o'clock, you won't be able to because their office is closed.”
