“What can I say that hasn’t already been said about this hotel. Me, my husband and our three kids were just there for 3 nights. We have stayed at a few 4,5 star family hotels in the Austria region already but this hotel was by far the best. The room, the food, the service, the kids fun/aqua park and also the area for hiking. Everything was awesome. We are hoping to make it back there during ski season. Not usually one to write reviews but for this hotel I couldn’t not write one. Before we stay at hotels we always check the reviews and try to filter through the legit ones to get a good idea of the place. This hotel gets 5/5 and is worth the money. If you have the opportunity to go there- it will not disappoint!”

“I've had two spectacular meals here so far. I'd have even more, but they close one day a week, and I felt I should give other places a try, too. The welcome and service are warm, the beer is fresh and tasty, and the food exceptional. My first dinner featured the special of the day, a tasty mushroom cream soup with bits of bacon followed by a gargantuan, wonderfully crispy goose thigh. The second was even better, an amazing, rich and tasty "grey cheese' soup and then their wonderful version of Zwiebelrostbraten (tender beef topped with crispy onion, and accompanied by handmade noodles). Can't wait to see what other delights the menu offers. Highly recommended!”

“We had an wonderful stay at Hotel Bergland. The rooms are perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable and we can’t say enough of how amazing the staff and service are at Bergland. Everyone was kind and lovely - from the front desk to the dinner and breakfast service. Extremely attentive and caring. Dinner was excellent and breakfast had a huge variety to choose from.”

“There’s a good breakfast each morning, the hotel is an 8 min walk from the gondola and the train station is across the street, on the main road up the valley. There’s a nice cafe bar below the hotel and a burger restaurant next door. In the rooms, the mattresses were a little soft for my liking, there is only one pillow per bed and the towels are quite small.”

Manager makes false promises and when you start asking questions he just decides to ghost you by not responding to messages or questions, doesn't pick up the phone or call you back. The company named on the reception (Saiko) also vanished from this planet, address doesn't check out and phone nr is not in use. If you're looking to work here, be careful who you do business with. Who knows what happens when it's time to pay your salary 🙄”
