“Came here right after visiting Vietnam, so I can't help but to compare the hospitality. This is my very first time coming to Thailand so Idk if it's just a Thailand thingy or what, I felt like the receptionists in Vietnam are way more friendlier than those I met in Thailand. Let's put that aside, the rooms are clean, neat and cozy, there's also a wide space with many tables for us to study or work during our stay. The location is very strategic, only two minutes away from Ratchatewi BTS Station, and about 1KM from Pratunam night market.”

“This hotel needs to improve Wi-Fi system, it’s very slow even no signal in the room at all. All the time, I have to go to Angkor Restaurant (280 meters from this hotel) to used Wi-Fi. Remember, it’s the end of 2023 now. Second thing, booking online is cheaper. Thirdly, it’s a little noisy, from the under construction hotel in front daytime, and a group of Indian at midnight. The good things are, this hotel close to Phaya Thai station, near Baiyoke and Pratunam center (walk 12 minutes), nice room with AC, they’re provided free Tuk tuk to Phaya Thai station (don’t forget to tip driver). Suggestion: Hotel can keep deposit money in USD or whatever currency is good for guest. What should I do with 1000 Thai baht after check out and going directly to airport? Bringing that 1000 Thai baht home? Remember a lot of your guests are international tourists. Please,”

“Pros : Well located, walkable to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, December, Tofu, Central World, Big C. Many food stalls and massage placea nearby. They also provides scale which it very useful to weighing our luggage. Toiletries, towels, hairdryer, mini fridge are available in the room. The staffs are friendly. Cons : Room not too big, especially the bath room was so tiny. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“Rooms were comfortable with nice beds, good large TVs with plenty of channels. Wallpaper pealing from the walls in areas. Lack of natural light due to small windows, not a major issue. The room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. Pool area only has 2 loungers, and is looking very worn, we booked because of the pool but be aware you probably won't get a lounger! The hotel is located in a really busy area, it was very difficult for us to get Bolt taxis as the traffic is so bad they would all cancel.”

“This is a budget hotel. Room price is commendable. Location, while near Platinum Fashion Mall, can access thru' dark lane at night. There is no issue in the day. It is a no-frail hotel, just good to rest for the night. The room is clean and the aircon is cold but really small.”
