“Located just opposite to railway station gives you convenience if you are traveling by train. Rooms are spacious however lacks basic facilities. No hot water made available in spite of follow ups. One of the rooms we had bathroom/toilet so compact that you can’t even sit on commode. Not really value for the higher cost they are charging.”

“Our experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The owner made fake promises, showing us one thing in pictures and delivering something entirely different in reality. Despite our prepayment, the rooms they provided were nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide basic essentials like towels, soap, or regular water. We had to repeatedly ask for these necessities, and even then, they didn't meet our basic requirements. Additionally, the rooms were filthy, and the cleaning was subpar, done only half-heartedly and after multiple requests. This place is a complete scam, and I strongly urge others to avoid falling into their trap. Stay away from this hotel at all costs!”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The room was not clean and there were women's hair all over the floor. Despite the hotel staff saying they changed the bed sheets, it was obvious that they hadn't. Additionally, there is no elevator and the steep steps can be difficult to climb, especially if you have heavy luggage. unfortunately the noise from the nearby road and mosquitoes made it difficult to sleep peacefully in room 208. Additional inconvenience is that there is no TV in the room, which can be frustrating if you're looking to unwind after a long day of traveling. Finally, there are no nearby restaurants, which makes it challenging to find a place to eat. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel and would not stay here again. While there were some downsides to this hotel, there were also a few positives. One good thing is that each room has its own separate geyser, which provides hot water whenever needed. Additionally, the hotel is located only 1.2 kilometers away from the main temple, which is convenient for those who plan to visit it frequently.”

“I stayed at this hotel for a day while visiting Ujjain, and my overall experience was average. The hotel's location is a significant plus, as it's only a 10-minute drive from the Mahakaleshwar Temple. The rooms are reasonably spacious, equipped with a smart TV and WiFi, and the bathrooms were clean. However, the staff's lack of warmth and friendliness was a downside. During my stay, there were frequent power outages, and the AC didn't cool efficiently at night which was a negative. Additionally, we got parking outside hotel walls, there is security available though. While it's a decent place to stay, there are some areas that could use improvement for a more enjoyable experience.”
