“If ever we found a place with a view, it certainly is the Hütteneckalm! After a 90 min walk with a breathtaking view we arrived at the restaurant around lunch and enjoyed a lovely Austrian meal "Bierkaasnockerl". Worth a visit, with having lunch, and if you have some energy left after the walk (we did) you can drive into Hallstatt in about 20min. Some pictures are of the way to the place, be sure to use good mountain shoes!”

“Visited this venue during the peak season of Spring 2021 and despite the high price, there was not a single issue in the things that matter, such as room tidiness and cleanliness, provided B&B services and sports equipment safekeeping. The location combines easy access both to the lake and to the lifts for the southern piste. Great view to the lake (if your room is accordingly oriented).”

“Post am See is a great hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed on a half board basis. Breakfast is an excellent buffet style with lots of fresh and healthy choice. Our evening meal was a set 4 course dinner with a choice of mains. All the dishes we had over our 4 night break were excellent. That staff are very attentive and always do their best to look after you. Traunkirchen where the hotel is located is a great location and there's lots of places to explore. The hotel is shutting for 7 months shortly for some major renovations and we'll definitely be back next year to take a look.”

“I liked the place very much. I stayed there for one night, the room is good, and breakfast was nice. For the price I payed, it's really worth it! And the location is beautiful - I stayed here after Ski jumps in Bischofshofen on 6th January - the nature was covered with snow and it was amazing. Stuff is really helpful and nice. I will come back once I'm in this region again.”
