“Beautiful hotel in a small village. Great location within walking distance to pharmacy, couple of restaurants and bakeries, and grocery store. Rooms are clean and nice, with a food free breakfast. Also a restaurant in the hotel if you want to eat in. Restaurant also open on Mondays. Friendly staff. Parking garage under hotel. No elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs.”

“As an English expat I was a bit dubious about coming here for Sunday breakfast but it turned out very nice! Fairly good effort at an authentic (I'll call it) English breakfast and as much as you like! The decor is beyond naff....Robin Hood murals.. but somehow works. As for the collection of British memorabilia...well, you just have to see that for yourself!!!”

“A very special place, so if you're in the region - drop by! Especially if it's close to Christmas! Food is average and a little bit on the expensive side, but it's also super popular. The staff are very friendly, and make a great effort communicating in English, which is good as the menu is German only. They have a few interesting dishes I've never seen before, and portions are generous. We were lucky to get a table on a Sunday in mid-November only because we arrived before lunch, so book a table or arrive outside peak hours.”
