“We stopped here for the last night of our honeymoon, to catch the flight back home. Upon arriving we were greeted with happiness and kindness. We had massages scheduled immediately upon arriving and felt very relaxed without worries. The room was gorgeous! I wish we had more days here. It’s very modern and new, every detail was absolutely perfect. They offered to call taxi to the airport but we had a car, so instead they planned a morning wake-up call to ensure we had time to enjoy the breakfast. Recommend and hope to return!”

“Liked · I absolutely loved everything about this hostel! It defies the typical hostel appearance; it felt more like a hotel. I booked a bed in a 6-bed room, but to my surprise, they gave me a bed in a 4-bed room, adding a touch of extra comfort. The bathroom was not only nice but also impeccably clean. The hostel's location, just a 15-minute walk from the station, was convenient, and the spacious lobby added to the overall positive impression. A standout experience that exceeded my expectations! I found it slightly inconvenient that the key card needed to be inserted for the lights to work. While this is a common practice, it can be a bit bothersome. Additionally, with four beds in a room, privacy was limited when all occupants were present. However, these were minor inconveniences, and for the most part, the stay was comfortable.”

“We are currently on a group trip. The beds are very uncomfortable, they move and make noise. There is no consideration for a double bed. The trash can was dirty, a sign that the room was not really cleaned. There is a dog in the next room that sometimes barks. I don't think I would recommend anyone to come here.”

“The room was clean and ladies from roomservice were kind to us. We got new towels every day and if we wanted they gave us new toiletries. Airconditioning was not very cold, but we could sleep. There was a renovation going on to the outside of the hotel so we couldn't open the balcony. Because of the hot weather, it didn't bother us. Our breakfast we found good enough. It was very basic, but we were satisfied with everything. We could also make our own pancakes and that was really nice! We liked the swimming pool very much and they cleaned it well. Altough there was not a lot of sitting places besides the couches... Hotel staff was nice and always greeted us with a smile on their face. A point of improvement would be the towels for the swimming pool. We had to use our bathrobe from the room at the swimming pool. A new towel would be €2,- or we had to wait for the morning (roomservice).”

The train and ferry stations are also within easy walking distance. The rooms can get a bit noisy in the mornings but everything else is just perfect. “Convenient, third floor set of serviced rooms with reception and breakfast area. Our room was slightly odd with massive logs attached to the very high ceiling (it's a historic apartment block). Old marble entranceways, modern fittings. Handy for our short stay in Naples. Breakfast was great. There is a lift, 50 cents charge working hours, but the hotel gives you this and it's free weekends and evenings. Building has a concierge/security. Overall not a traditional hotel but perfectly fine.”

“This is a great place to stay. Not too far from the port, the castle and many shops. Staff are good but not used to saying hello every time you go out in the morning. Breakfast is really good and filling. Staff were a little disoriented by a request for a vegetarian meal, but chef came up trumps later on. Gala dinner is fun, but - beware - the truly awful table wine is not complimentary (18 euros for a 'vintage' less than a year old) and other charges (water with dinner and daily tourist tax) do pop up on your bill. Staff can appear a little indifferent, turning away subconsciously, when you ask questions. Great pool and spa. Definitely going back...”
