“I saw the positive review and booked the place but wish we had stayed somewhere else. If you could, avoid the city view room at all cost. The room got so warm even with the AC that we had to open the door to sleep, and it was so loud with all of the traffic. If you could get the ocean view, I can see it being more pleasant. The bed was not that comfortable either so we both didn't get the best sleep. The breakfast was good though with a gorgeous view at the dining area. It's still a decent place for those who want to stay close to Taormina at a lower $ if the items I listed above don't bother you.”

“We stayed in a room facing the main pedestrian street. During all times of the day the street is quite busy. Our balcony door did not close completely so it was quite noisy at all times. The sink in the bathroom was draining slow and the fridge in the room did not work. All of this was forgiven and forgotten thanks to the lovely receptionists especially Carmelo! He went above and beyond and made our night by making some excellent suggestions on where to explore in the city and being overall super attentive and personal with us. Carmelo grazie!!! You are the best!”
