“I stayed at the hotel for a week and a half, of which one week in a suite and 3 nights in a regular room (the big room). First of all I would like to say that the hotel is of a very high standard, new and clean and the staff is stunning! I connected with the team on a personal level, they are always smiling and welcoming and willing to help. Special I connected with the restaurant team, amazing people! Especially the shift managers Chai and Homo and of course their dedicated staff, the food was perfect, because the food was so delicious and we gave up on many outside restaurants. The suite was great and spacious, if there was a balcony it would be perfect. Other than that everything was perfect! I intend to come back again this year!👍🙂🫶🙏”

“I really did not like this hostel experience. I got a double room which cost 75€ for 2 nights and it was the worst value for money I have seen so far. The room was in a dormitory and shared the dorm bathroom, the sound proofing was bad so even though it was a private I had to keep my voice down on the phone. The showers only have a curtain so it felt very unsafe in there as anyone could pull the curtain back while you were in there. No breakfast just very basic coffee with no milk. The area isn’t particularly nice but khosan road is a short walk away. No food or drink options at the hostel either.”

There's a lot of stairs and no lift so bear that in mind if that's something you would struggle with. But the staff are more than happy to help you with this.”
