“Surprised that it is an only 2-stars hotel although it deserves much more rating!! It is about 10 minutes walk from Forli center. Quick check-in. Average size and clean room. Was offered breakfast, although I didn't book it or pay for it. Strong and fast WiFi. I highly recommend it. The only thing is no proper or clear signage for rooms direction.”

“My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and it is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our quadruple room, which also had a bunk bed, was very small and also quite dirty, with hair and dust and even poop on the towels. Outdated sanitary facilities caused problems because the temperature in the shower and sink was difficult to control. The balcony seemed very unstable and could barely accommodate a single person. There was also a pungent smell of piss coming from the unkempt carpets. The dining experience was equally poor; The quality of the food at the buffet left a lot to be desired. For vegans, the options are extremely limited. Even though it was rated as a three star hotel, it felt more like a one star nightmare. I strongly advise against staying here. The beaches of Cesenatico cannot be compared to the beautiful beaches of Cervia either. The only positive aspect was the mostly friendly african staff. PS: I have concerns about the authenticity of other reviews.”

“Your 80's horror movie is back, in a state of a This hotel. Old, non functional facilities. AC? Haha, just makes odd noises. Fan on the ceiling? Hope it doesn't fall off. Receptionist? Clearly wants to quit but can't. Go there only of there is a absolutely no other choice, and then be prepared for the night of your life... editing after the owners answer: Thats right, i did try to cancel my booking. AFTER I GOT INSIDE THE ROOM.Guess what, even booking could not get a hold of your hotel! hahaha. it was a 3 weeks trip, didnt cancel a single reservation, but your hotel did stand out. starting from the reception, who is empty all the time (saw that on other reviews also), to the reception guy, who never even said "hello", or tried to be nice. going to the rooms, with old, dated furniture, cheap mattresses, non functional AC, and a fan that could wake up the dead. so yeah, focus on improvement and being at the front desk instead of trying to defend yourself online.”

“Excellent familial hotel for short and long stays! I stayed in a single room in the hotel for 2 weeks, the room is very clean and has all you need, if you need a fridge, there is one downstairs. Marta and her sons' Simone and Andrea are very helpful, know the city and have good advices. I am very pleased from the service: starting from the Whatsapp message they send me to verify the hour of check in, the fact that there was always familiar face in the reception to welcome me. “The hotel is situated near the beach. Overall very clean and nice however a little old but it doesnt matter. Rooms are clean, no minibar but the fridge is there if you need it. Air conditioning is working as well. On the back side of hotel is a nice and spacious swimming pool with lots of sunshades and chairs. The best part which i like most is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. And did i mention the food ? The food is superb i didnt expect such high standard and was very surprised. Overall a very pleasant stay and i can recommend this hotel to anyone.”
