“Loved the ambience and style of this place, light, spacious and airy. Though we had to walk to the hostel as we arrived in the height of Christmas festivities, it was not too long of a walk to get to the hostel with our bags though navigating the crowded streets was a challenge. All the staff are all super friendly and helpful; they all seem to be happy working there and well looked after. We loved the food served here, fresh and tasty as well as a good range of options. We opted for a Delux room as there were three of us travelling, room was clean and spacious. We loved the communal areas of this hostel, gave us the space when we needed to get away from the chaos on the streets of Varanasi. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to get to the ghats depending on the time of day and how busy the streets are. Thank you to the Bedzz team for making us feel so welcome”

“The staff is lovely and food in the restaurant is great however the pictures for advertising the rooms don't even get close to what you stay in. Our room had no window, was dated and filthy. I want to at least have a clean bed when I stay in a hotel but the throw pillow had white stains - it was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was clean though. Overall the price is way too high for what you get here. Would expect half the price for the condition the room was in and that they have no windows is very bad. Thanks to the lovely staff we did enjoy our stay though but we won't come back to this hotel. Wouldn't recommend unless they update their rooms and keep them clean. Giving two stars only for the staff and food, the rooms don't deserve any. .”

Staff is very helpful in arranging transportation, river cruises and sightseeing. As the hotel is neither accessible by taxi nor by rickshaw do contact them before arrival. They will arrange transportation from airport or railway station at reasonable price. Do not try to save money here.”
