“Awful. I never leave reviews but this really was so bad!! It's really grubby and disgusting. I was given a room with filthy sheets,filthy walls. They showed me another room - there were insects all over the bathroom floor and still filthy sheets and walls, it also smelt terribly. Cleanliness and maintenance is REALLY BAD. My window was broken. Everything, even the bins are full of rust,limescale and just rank. Do NOT stay here. Even for the price it is way below standard - I have stayed in many places at this price in India and none as bad as this. I changed hotels after 1 awful,grubby night. You can find much better. I was tricked because I thought the location was great being next to the metro but rickshaws are so cheap that you can easily jump to the metro for 50 rupees. Also the service was terrible, staff were really unfriendly, didn't even offer to carry a bag as I went up and down the stairs to see these rooms (I had three bags). They knocked the door at 10:30am to ensure I met the checkout time of this grubby awful place....like I wanted to stay any longer??!! Shower was terrible. It just all felt gross”

If they have done it, we may not have found a packet of condom inside the room. Such a inefficient staffs are there. The person who claims as manger is not at all fit for the post. He doesn't know how to treat the customers. When I shared the incident he was not at all interested to listen me. First up all, the management should provide well training to the staff that how to treat the customers and appoint the efficient staffs. Loss of money. Bad experience from such a great city Bangalore. I will never suggest this place to anyone.”
