“Good place to stay if you don't prefer hotels in Trichy or Srirangam. Huge campus with around 750 rooms or so. We stayed in a non-ac room which was really pathetic. No Maintenance or at least proper cleaning was done at this place. The advantage is that it's economical and also has a huge parking lot for cars. Not sure about other room maintenance and ambience. The campus is clean and spacious. The hotel inside the Campus is another disappointment even though the food is average quality and the service is really worse. They need to maintain the place better and they can charge a bit more also which would be acceptable.”

My dining experience in the hotel was amazing and the staff were very much responsive and polite. The food provided in hotel was good. The hotel staff were very helpful. “Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel grand stay Trichy. The experience was marred by several issues that need your immediate attention. Firstly, the staff's behavior was unacceptable. Upon reaching the hotel at 5:45 pm, we were treated rudely despite informing the hotel about our delayed arrival due to traffic. The staff claimed to have canceled our room, even though the booking app showed our reservation as confirmed until 11:00 pm. Furthermore, the staff's unprofessionalism continued as we were asked to move away and were subjected to derogatory remarks. It was disappointing to receive unofficial messages about the cancellation, adding to the confusion. The alternative room provided was subpar compared to our booked deluxe room. The room was small, the door lock was troublesome, and the bathroom had a leaking tap. We were also charged an extra amount of 1700, whereas our booking through the app was for a deluxe room at 1500. The entire experience left us frustrated, and the staff's lack of customer service skills was evident. As individuals working in the customer service field, we believe in the importance of treating customers with respect and understanding. The way we were treated does not align with basic hospitality standards. We hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your services and prevent such incidents from happening to other guests. “The rooms are well maintained and value for money. Walkable distance to the nearby bus stop and a lot of food joints. One place they can improve is to have the option to partially extend the stay for reasonable charges. I had to book for one entire day just for 6 hours stay extension - which is not expected. They were not willing to negotiate even when the rooms were available.”
