“We had 2 rooms for a pre-cruise stay, and we added on breakfast when placing the reservations. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Shuttle from airport was a bit slow to arrive but the driver found a way to fit everyone who was waiting. The exceptional part of my stay was the day shift from desk staff, Jose. There was an incident where my phone fell down the elevator shaft and hour before leaving on our cruise. I knew there wasn't enough time for it to be retrieved before we left, but Jose assured me they would get it out and hold it for me. Six days later, I picked up my phone. Luckily my case and screen protector did their jobs and it was in perfect condition. Big shout out to Jose and staff who followed through on everything they promised. Who needs a phone on vacation anyway?!?”

“This hotel is small but adorable. It is well decorated and taken care of, too. The location is perfect for walking to office buildings, stadiums, and local food spots. The staff are amazing and really make everyone feel like a VIP. The regular rooms do not have a mini fridge but there is a well-stocked snack area on the first floor.”

“We went for a wedding party and stayed one night at the Westin hotel. The staff are very nice at the hotel itself is very clean, The room was nice and clean with a beautiful bathroom with a super good shower. Banquet hall balcony views are amazing. The view is amazing as well. Everything is well laid out like a 7 star hotel. The beds were very comfortable and clean as well as everything else. The only issue is the parking. It is a little far from the hotel, but they have valet. For overnight valet parking, $45 is too much. Besides that everything else was AMAZING.”
