“Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was clean, comfy, and the amenities were nice. Excellent location with short walk to transportation. The only problem was when I had extended the stay by one day and reconfirmed at check-in. It was a long night and a staff member knocked on the door several times at noon to inform us in a discourteous manner that "Did you know check-out was at noon?" And I said yes, that we extended our stay. Then the staff said with a scowl, "When?" And I said since Friday. Unpleasant encounter and I could not fall back asleep afterwards. It was like, I'm inconveniencing you by extending my stay? Would I stay again? Perhaps.”

“A very beautiful hotel, with a nice view. The restaurant is very nice and serves a nice variety of dishes. The bar is well stocked. All staff were very welcoming and the rooms are also very nice and very clean and comfortable. I was there for business, but would love an opportunity to visit Maassluis for a leisure trip in the future.”

“Great location. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Housekeeping made some mistakes which the staff could not rectify as they had left for the day around 4 pm. . That was a sore point. Linen is changed after 3 days of stay. This wasn't known to me before.”
