“Great hotel for a stay in Genoa. The room was sparkling clean, with high ceilings making it feel more spacious that it is and it smelled good. The pillows are a bit flat but the bed was comfortable. It felt like a higher grade hotel than only 3 stars so I would recommend it as it is a great balance between value and quality. The location is also good as it is in walking distance from everything.”

“Good location overall, close to the old city center and many of the attractions, train station, good connections to the airport. Some of the adjacent streets looked shady, so best to arrive at the hotel via the main street (Via Balbi) The room was quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, a second pillow would have been nice to have. They do not have breakfast available, but there are many cafes nearby, perfect to start your day. No elevator for 4 floors, this was not a problem for us, but it is worth to note this info. Friendly staff, willing to answer all your questions.”
