“We had a family vacation in this hotel. The location of the hotel is really excellent, very close to the center of Rimini and close to the beach (approx. 3 minutes walk). The Metromare station is also nearby. The hotel itself has been renovated, with a very pleasant terrace and small but clean and cozy rooms. The hotel also provides breakfast at an excellent price, and it is really very rich. The whole stay was very pleasant and not only thanks to the location and the nice rooms. From my point of view, people who care about the comfort of clients are also very important. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in any situation. Also thanks to their hospitality, we had 5 star holiday :)”

“We spent just over a week traveling around Italy and Up Hotel was, hands-down, our favorite stay! I booked the Up Room and didn't realize that it is a semi-secret penthouse room with a private entrance. It was beautifully outfitted and we can't stop talking about the Dorelan pebble bed! So unique and super comfortable! Loved the skylights that open up and create a balcony-like feel. The only issue we had was that the bathtub would only produce cold water, but that didn't take away from how much we enjoyed ourselves and the manager was very apologetic. The breakfast and cappuccino were excellent, and we appreciated the 24/7 access to free water (including sparkling!) The location is very walkable and maybe 5 minutes to the beach on foot. We were able to street-park our car for free right in front of the hotel but they did have a small, gated lot out back for an extra charge if needed. We only stayed for one night but are already planning a return for a longer visit!”

“Wow, this place is awesome. Smaller rooms but wonderful staff. We booked only two days in advance and got a great room, then got upgraded for no charge. Breakfast included which included MIMOSAS and food that I would have purchased. You don’t have a view of the ocean but it’s nice to be off the Main Street so you can have some peace and quiet on your balcony. Plus free bikes and this city is so wonderful to explore on bikes. My partner and I love the place, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Rimini.”

“First of all this is not a best western union hotel chain. I paid a 170 euro for 2 adults with a child pro night for a spouse to be a normal room and turned out to be a "student dormitory" looking room. And not ordinary dormitory looking room, but as "ex soviet union" stille dormitory room. Outdated hotel in bad condition. Some of the stuff was just not friendly especially one of the women who work as a receptionist. This hotel is not respecting the guests, I have been scammed by this hotel. They think they are very clever and just can sell you every terrible room for a lot of money and you have to be a very happy to be scammed.”

“The receptionist are very kind and professional, with very happy smile face, the breakfast is the best breakfast I saw in all my 4 years in Italy , the sweets and cakes are very well home made , not the cheap ones from supermarket, the juice has a cooling machine so you will never drink a hot juice, the fruits has also a cooling machine so you will eat them cold not hot, the eggs has a hot also a heating machine so I likes everything about this hotel I can't complain about anything”

“Really nice hotel. Our experience was better than we expected. Parking place for a car. Without any problems. Really really nice stuff. Always very helpful. We came with our 6mo old daughter so yes we needed support from time to time. Small swimming pool great to relax. And breakfast..just overwhelming. Never saw so many desserts for breakfast. Not a big fan of music in a tiny elevator. Echoing sound makes it more cloustroPhobic. Please allow to control my own video source plugged in to your TV set. Remote was blocked do we could just change the channel. These are just small things. I recommend this hotel with pleasure.”

“The rooms are old, but very clean except small ants. The food is very good and various at dinner, the wine is included, but breakfast is very poor, no vegetables. Everyday it is scrambled eggs and sausages. The view is perfect from the balcony, but the street is near, so not so quite. The bus, metro is near so its easy to go anywhere except airport. Facilities in the beach are not included, but with “special price” it is from 10 to 25eur per day. Wifi is great.”

“Great experience. Spent 4 nights over there, just came back and already miss the place.Everything was as they mentioned in communication before so I am really grateful for that. It helped me. Breakfast top, big choice, fresh and tasty. Rooms tidy and clean, daily service. Seaside view also nice. Just about 2 minutes by walk to the beach across the road. There is only one bad thing, that I heard other guests from another rooms but its probably in most of the hotels. Anyway, big thank you to ladies from reception for being helpful and kind. I wish the hotel all the best to next season.”

“Sadly, this is not a 4 star hotel. There is nothing that would warrant 4 stars. The room was clean and relatively spacious. The price was right but that made more sense after check-in. The biggest issue? Everything has a fee. From renting a space on the beach at 15 Euro, to renting a towel for 5 euro, and even the continental breakfast in the morning came with a fee. All the feels are carried into the off-season (when we visited in September.) Then there was the shoddy internet, 6 megabit on the download, however spotty and intermittent with almost no range. We discovered rather unfortunately that without the key placed into the wall, there is ZERO power to the hotel room (this is a really cheap move in the name of power saving.) What this means is you cannot charge your phone, your electric shaver, OR EVEN RUN THE AC while you are out of the room. This to me is unacceptable and makes the hotel a 3 star and nothing more. The location is fantastic, and the balcony was much appreciated, however this is a 3 star hotel at best. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but that's mostly what we paid for it felt like.”

It is the second year that we have stayed with Lucia and Giovanni at the Vienna hotel and we confirm the excellent experience we had. The care and attention to our every need and that of our 3 young children who were treated as if they were their own was unparalleled. Daily cleaning of the hotel which was noticeable because when we returned from the sea there was always an excellent clean smell, as I like it. The cuisine was impeccable as always, the breakfast was plentiful and nothing pre-packaged. “We have visited it for 2 years in a row and must admit we had a great experience in the hotel. The owners Tino and Soni are very kind, warm and welcoming people. There is a varity of fresh food for every meal and youcan pick the ones you want. The rooms are enough spacious with a wardrobe and newly renovated batthrooms. The cleaning ladies are doing a great job. I strongly recommend it if you want to spend a week or two in Rimini.”

Nearby there are shops, bars, restaurants, tobacconists, pharmacies and even the amusement park! The rooms are simple and not very large but there is a balcony. The owner is so kind!
