“The best gym I have been to in Dublin. Brilliant equipment available for all types of abilities. There are so many variations of machines making it easy to find something during peak times to use. I personally go to one of the personal trainers in the gym (jay) and have done for a long time now. One of the best coaches I’ve had in a long time, great value for money and a great way to learn your way around a new gym. He creates not only a fun way of training but also a plan and nutritional plan for you to follow outside of sessions. The staff are so friendly and so helpful if you ever need anything. Private showers for customers to use. 10/10 !”

Very well set up with the Olympic racks and free weights in their own section with all the machines together. All the equipment you need for any type of workout. “I have been a member of this gym for 2 years now, and I do not have too many objections. The gym is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Changing rooms with plenty of lockers and just enough showers. Water temperature can be sometimes hard to set, with some extremes from dead cold to boiling hot. The equipment is mostly well-maintained but there are some older, very tired and close to retirement pieces. Those should be actually scrapped as they do not serve any purpose no longer, and on some occasions those pieces could be described as a health - risk. There are some important machines missing, and I would love to see them coming in. There also is a swimming pool (quite all right actually 👍), a tiny jaccuzzi, steam room and sauna. Different classes are widely available with no additional costs. And finally there is large and very accessible parking. In general, I must admit that the gym has gotten better since my first review, and I truly hope those last few issues will be soon rectified. If I have any real negatives in mind, then that would be the gym's app. IMHO, and for me personally, it is terrible, lacks any real functionality, performance is s...low, and quite often it just freezes. But since I can live without it and avail of all the gym's amenities... who cares 🤷”

“My three year old had the best party today in soft play area. The older kids had a fantastic time in the trampoline /Nina area. The staff were so accommodating from the moment we arrived. Oisin dealt with 18 kids amazingly from all the socks and bibs ready and taking food order when each child arrived he didn’t miss anyone😅esp handing the food and cake out that’s not easy with little ones running around the room😍 The seating area made it so easy for all the parents to enjoy a cuppa and catch up as we had full view of our little ones in the soft play area. Highly recommend for parties as I enjoyed it as much as kids and staff were truly gems. Will definitely be returning perfect for a rainy day or for the next party🥳thank you bounce and beyond”

Bathrooms have a putrid smell of urine and faeces. Leisure centre manager Sonya is a horrible women and it’s blatantly disrespectful to everyone. NEVER USE THEIR FACILITIES”

“20-metre swimming pool - swimming lessons for kids 30 min only, it’s not enough. All instructors are professional and great with a kids. Fully equipped gym on the second floor with a windows to swimming pool. There is an access to sauna, salt room, steam room, ice bucket, Jacuzzi. Open 7 days a week. Membership and lessons are overpriced in my opinion.”

“[EDIT] They still haven’t properly cleaned the men’s changing room, The mould is so bad that bags left in lockers started growing mould because the lockers never get cleaned out, look at the video below (hiding the locker number so they don’t just clean that single one) Place is either too cold or too warm, smells like a sewer constantly, the ceiling in the men’s changing room looks like dirty cotton with the amount of mould growing on it and the urinal mats haven’t been changed in ages, to the point where they’ve gotten mouldy (never even knew they could ever go mouldy) and they also reek. gym is pretty big and peak times aren’t that bad. waiting for benches and machines doesn’t really happen often.”

“The gym.... Good.... It's big, it has enough space but few machines for so many people. There are machines that are never free and that's because there is only one. All the dumbbells and discs are out of order so you'll probably have to take one dumbbell and walk a few meters to get the other... The sayings... The bathrooms are horrible, it's impossible to shower there, the water is super super super hot.”
