“In order to reach this place (using public transportation) you need to reach Frutigen and once you are there make sure to catch bus 230. In about 25 minutes you reach Adelboden and from the "Post" bus stop you walk about 10 minutes and you reach the gondolas. In less than 10 minutes you will have reached the top. Even though Adelboden is associated with ski and snow you can still go during the warmer months and enjoy a beautiful landscape.”

They offer a wide variety of training options and have multiples of most machines, so you never need to wait for a specific machine to become available. Friendly staff and various fun trainings. From low intensity interval training (yoga, pilates) to high energy / endurance training (spinning, high jumping). When the weather is good, they offer outdoor/rooftop trainings!”

“I love everything about the Piscine diu Nid-du-Cro! It's super accessible by car or bus, entry is pretty straight forward, sp many options of swimming areas.are available...we always felt safe and free. You can bring à picnic or buy something at the Buvette-- but heads up, they don't have milk...so no hot or cold chocolate and no cappuccino! Loved the beach access as well, and the hot shower before leaving is to die for! Only thing we didn't love are the bathrooms- they are small and not maintained, super smelly :-(”

After each session you get an email with all your results layed out in a nice format. Price is 22 CHF for the first 10min session, 20 for the second and 18 for the third. Easily the best Karting track I've been on.”

“Lovely and modern gym with a nice rooftop terrasse. The gym is well equipped, towels are provided, the staff is friendly, and it is very clean and maintained (especially changing rooms) The gym is located on two floors, but unfortunately, you need to go through the stairway to reach the lower classroom. In addition, the main negative thing about the gym is that you cannot open the windows in the course room, which makes the air very bad and also highly increases the air humidity, which leads to a very slippery floor”
