“Been visiting the Star Plunge for over 40 years and it's still an amazing experience. There are very few places in the world where one can have such a unique experience. Don't pass it up on your way to the National Parks. Take the time to stop in, relax, and let the kids play. The price is reasonable and is good for the entire 12-hour business day with in and out privileges. They rent towels, suits, and lockers so no excuses.”

“This place has consistently disappointed me. More than half the time I bring my kids to swim here, I’m turned away because their pool is at capacity. One time I called ahead to make sure it was open before we loaded up all of our stuff (quite a chore with littles) and went there. I didn’t want to get there and be turned away after we did all the work to go. The individual on the phone was incredibly rude saying with extreme sass “our website says we’re open, so we are.” Not to mention their website is not clear cut on open swim times and has been wrong before. Sometimes we get put on a waitlist, during which time we have no idea how long it could be. They do not keep good track of the capacity in order to let new people in, they’re lackadaisical about it and don’t seem to care or understand how disappointing it is for little kids to have to wait for the pool and not know how long they’ll wait. The only time we actually got in after being on the waitlist was when I repeatedly asked them to call the lifeguards as I saw people walking out with towels and wet hair. Had I not asked them to call, who knows how long we would have kept waiting. I do feel bad for the employees who have to relay the bad information to frustrated mothers like me.”

“Came to a hockey tournament over the weekend. What a terrible organization, the refs and the rec center staff allowed this group of young adults to yell vulgar things all night. I’m not sure if it’s representative of the town, but I would not come back to this city, let alone this ice rink on account of them. Zero respect or dignity.”

“What a great stop on our way to Yellowstone! This campground is close to the town of Cody and the Buffalo Bills Reservoir. The view from our campsite was absolutely grandiose! We camped at the North Fork, site 078 for two nights but all the sites give you a great view. It was cold though (50-60 F) and the weather can change very rapidly. Nice campsite, good size, picnic table, fire pit and an firewood available at the entrance based on honour system.”

“Felt observed and judged, definitely not a good experience! I went with my boyfriend to buy winter boots and the first man who helped us was really nice! Moments later when my bf decided which boots he wants another man offered me help, right after I decided which boots I was gonna buy he didn’t want to hand me the box with the boots even tho I wanted to keep shopping which forced me to go straight to check out. After check out I kept looking for other things and the same man who helped me was walking and looking where me and my bf were at all times, I felt really uncomfortable at the moment so I choose quickly what I wanted to buy again and went to check out, the same man did my check out and he wanted me to charge for both boots again, I told him that I had already pay for them and proceed to only hand the money for the item I was buying, after I payed he proceeds to start scanning the boxes of boots one more time and I told him AGAIN that we had already pay for them. This was super uncomfortable and even felt they discriminated us. Would definitely avoid buying here again!”
