“Brilliant 1½ hours of fun that flew by too fast which is a shame because we had so much fun. I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user and our instructor Eddie was amazingly helpful. He taught us so much about the sport, how to get the best from the tools and even better, how not to hurt ourselves anymore! I would definitely book ahead to just make sure especially if it's in the busier seasons or some evenings. It may have been a quiet Sunday morning in Cardiff bit it seems this place gets so busy! I would encourage everybody to have a go. FYI I never would have imagined myself being able to do this even a year ago, but this place is fun and inclusive, be honest about your abilities and let rip. I channeled my inner viking princess... hehehe”

“Wow! There must've been about 50-60 birds when feeding started. Not just red kites, but buzzards and crows too. You definitely want to arrive early. We visited outside of the school holidays and the car park only had a couple of spaces left with 30 minutes to go before feeding time. Once the car park is full, that's it.”

“Went here the other day, steam room etc was closed due to grouting work being carried out. Gym equipment was quite ok, fairly clean, has blue roll and spray to clean the equipment down. Male changing rooms have an issue with open drains, wafts of raw sewage smell coming up through the drains- I suspect the water in the trap has either evaporated or just a poor design. 1 private shower and 3 or 4 communal showers, are we still in the 80s? Overall an average experience.”

“Excellent customer service. Lovely gym. Great facilities. Everything clean and well maintained. Sauna and steam room area not very relaxing as groups of people in there talking at the top of their voice like they are in a pub. But other than that, really enjoyable experience.”

“I am unsatisfied with the quality of service and equipment at this gym given the price of my membership. Many machines are currently out of order, the running machines lack necessary switches to adjust speed and incline, and some machines are visibly patched with tape. Despite reaching out to management with my concerns, I felt dismissed and ignored. I received explanations blaming third-party machine suppliers and the rising costs of living. Furthermore, the membership fees have increased while the equipment and management remain subpar. As a result, I have decided not to continue my membership and would not recommend this gym in comparison to other options available.”
