“This place is an amazing place for a family with kids. There are several hiking trails and mountain biking trails. If you are a horseback rider, then there are several trails for horseback riding. We were there in December and it was very pretty and peaceful. We stayed there in a cabin. They have a master bedroom, and a kids room with four beds (bunk beds ). They only have one bathroom . The kitchen is really nice and spacious. Be mindful that there are a lot of mice due to the cabin being located in the woods. As long as you put away your food at night, there should not be an issue. In that trip, my most memorable moment is night time star gazing. If the visitors are low, the parks let you rent a very nice telescope during your stay. If there are many visitors, you may have to reserve the telescopes. The park was associated with the dark skies international association. During our visit, we saw our milky way galaxy . In addition, we met very nice local folks who are very knowledgeable about star gazing and universes. They even had a home made telescope which they shared with us . We saw a lot of stars, nebulas, globulars, planets, and many galaxies. It was very very nice. The sunrise and sunset was amazing. We saw many types of animals such as blue herons, robins, and there should be a white deer(we didn't see it but the rangers told us and showed us the photo). One more thing I would highly recommend visiting there with families.”

“Good facility, but as one of the prior reviewers stated, there aren't enough machines and dumbbells to compensate for the crowd at peak hours. The frustrating part is that the staff does little to help. No one is monitoring the floor. So, people hog weights and machines, don't rerack weights, and you end up wasting time either looking for a set of 10 lb. dumbbells that could be anywhere on the floor (and are ultimately being hogged by the member with three sets of dumbbells around them) or waiting for a machine because the person on their phone that's just sitting on the machine waiting to do their next set doesn't understand the concept of allowing someone else to work in and wants you to wait for them to complete their full set of exercises even though they're giggling at a TikTok between sets. It can be a very frustrating experience. Oh, and there is only one piece of equipment on the entire floor for calves. So, good luck getting calves done as a part of leg day. 11/22 - got a response from someone at the gym to connect via email from which the respondent noted they’d be adding more light weights and another leg machine. Well… no progress today. I spend more time looking for dumbbells under 35lbs than getting sets done. They need to purchase a full rack of light weights. More people use the lower weight dumbbells. They need more. Even during light traffic hours it’s a challenge. We pay a membership to workout, not to do a treasure hunt for weights. As an aside they were having weight done in the foyer a few weeks ago and propped the door open with a 90 lb. dumbbell… and it’s still propping the door open. No one missed it because we are all looking for light weights!”

“The ONLY reason this pseudo "luxury" gym gets 2 stars is because of the amenities it offers. The reason it doesn't get more stars is due to the fact that such amenities are usually closed early or unavailable to members during posted hours. Also because of the laxidasical attitude of the employees due to poor management and lack of upkeep of the gym facilities. This gym closes the pool 15 minutes earlier than closing time to allow the staff to clean. They allow the lifeguards to clean the pool while people are swimming laps then yell at members for swimming. Tonight they closed the hot tub half an hour early to add chemicals and water and kicked members out of the hot tub to do so. There is black mold on the seal to the shower. They advertise a steam room... but there is only one in the men's room. I almost got hit in the head with a racquetball in the pool that the lifeguard was bouncing around on the pool deck. I could go on and on but please save your money as this gym is a joke of an establishment.”

“I love this gym. The staff are great and friendly. The area is clean. The massage chairs are poppin. There’s something deeply wrong with the elliptical. This is the only location with this style and I’ve been to over 20 different locations across 14 states in the last 8 months. The elliptical hurts to use and is not full motion like everyone else’s. The settings are all messed up. The entirety of the thing makes me feel like I’m on the stairs instead of a full body use. My knees HURT using it. 😤 I’ve NEVER had my knees hurt on an elliptical before. Honestly this elliptical and bike style equipment they have is quite a sham. Very deplorable. Painful. Useless.”

It allowed me to train even when it was past staffed hours. Gym was very clean and had a lot of racks, DB, machines, etc. Also have a long turf strip for sled pushing and Farmer's walking. Decor and vibe were great, too.”

“Stuff took my lululemon sneakers , workout tops and bras worth of about $400 . My husband’s swim glasses were took twice front he locker as well. I was in the gym on Jan 18th, when I came back on 21st, everything in my locker was gone. I informed the girl working in the locker room and she had gave me back my shampoos some clothes swimsuit. She also said “ we did not mean to take things just some people leave their things there for months. “ Later I realized my sneakers and bras were gone , I went to front desk ask the stuff for help. One of the lady said they clean out the locker’s regularly and they goes to “lost and found “, of no one pick them up for 10 days , they will throw them away. I asked twice of the difference stuff to help me look through the lost and found for my items . Unfortunately they were not to be found . one young men at the front desk told me by the entrance of the locker room stated that “ no over night locker “ , but nothing like that is written there or the guest policy. The stuff claim that they will throw away the items that are not claimed in the “ lost and found “ after they were not picked up in 10 days . But it just been 3 days since I left them in the locker. It is quite clear that within these 3 days some clothes were took by certain stuff who has the locker keys and they are doing things like this on a regular basis . The gym cost my whole family $259 / month. Considering such a high price such a high end gym compare to other gyms in the market , the stuff should be professional and honest. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I would urge the management team notice THEFT behavior like this and put clear guidelines on the locker policies.”
