“Great place! I got in several sessions while visiting Omaha from out of town! They've got everything you'll need, and plenty more! Dumbells, machines, plate loaded equipment, designated "leg day" room, barbells, racks, chalk, turf, kettlebells, plyo goodies, etc!! Cardio space includes numerous treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stairclimbers, and a Jacob's Ladder. Private posing room, solid music, and some nice apparel!”
