“I am a fitness manager at a gym in upstate NY, down for the week was looking for a gym in a sea of options, ended up here and I could not be more pleased. They have a plethora of equipment and the staff is more than friendly. Giving out a list of recommendations for things to do in the area and even asking for feedback about the gym. For being in one of the gym capitals of the country the staff really makes this place a great location for any travelers. High recommended”

“I came back from a vacation with a dislocated shoulder (not the first time), and was worried this time it wouldn't be able to fully recover. Thankfully, Gabriel at Monster Cast has been able to rehabilitate my shoulder back to where it was and better! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and extremely motivating. I am a Monster Cast fan for life!”

“Found a small owl during my Sunday morning run. Reached out to Pelican H for assistance. I took the owl to their facility where it got physically evaluated and it was concluded that the bird was just fine and only needed to be renested. I took the owl back to the place where I found it and placed it on a tree branch inside a wicker basket that was provided by Pelican. Went to check the little guy the next morning and he was gone!..which was good news according to Pelican’s advice. Sara at Pelican Harbor was my main contact and advised me throughout the process. She was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you!”

“I have been a member of the gym since it opened in 2021 and I can only say that it is an excellent place with a great team. From the cleaning staff to the personal trainers, front desk, etc. I wanna mention especially Juan the manager, Carlos PT, Gretel and Tatiana at the front desk, they are very kind and helpful and very professional.I definitely recommend them 100%. Always willing to help and clarify any questions. Good vibes only and very friendly staff.”

“This club has a nice footprint and a lot of nice features for avid tennis players. 6 clay courts and one with Stadium seating as well as 3 hard courts on the other side of the building. They also offer indoor PickleBall on the basketball courts with temporary nets. The tennis club needs a few million in renovations. I’d convert the hard courts into PickleBall as well and a few Padel courts. Also plenty of parking in the lot in the heart of downtown Miami Lakes as well as full fitness center and services.”

“On the Hip Abduction machine you should change the non-slip rubber, you shouldn't. be in this condition since it does not protect the foot from sliding and can cause a blow like the one I just suffered. These tires must be in good condition to avoid an accident!!”

“Earrape music and the fact there isn't a privacy area for you to change clothes after a shower, so you have to change clothes in the wet shower area are my only 2 complaints. Bigger gym than Planet fitness, showers have hot water, unlike planet fitness, and the showers are private, unlike planet fitness. Edit: Started showering one day and a roach came out the drain hole. So nasty.”
