“So many fun climbing walls and obstacles. Great for older kids and parents too! Elementary school and middle school age kids will love this. There is an auto belay system attached to each climbing station. You are on your own to clip in and out. Some of the clips are a little tricky. It's best to stay with your kids to help with the clips. Kids climb for $20 for 1 hour and parents that want to climb pay $10. The staff fits you into a harness that you wear for the duration of your climb. It's an extra $3 per person if you want to do the slide. Included: about 30 climbing stations, an overhead obstacle course, a tunnel cave and a soft climbing play area. Wear gym shoes and athletic clothes. No jewelry, Make a reservation in advance!”

“Milton Lee Olive III Park is a hidden gem, one of those places that would never make it in a tourist’s guide book but is loved by locals who flock here with their dogs and enjoy magnificent views of the Chicago skyline. Located in between Ohio Street Beach and Navy Pier, this park is dedicated to the memory of the first African -American to receive the Medal of Honor in the Vietnam War. Because of the glorious views of the skyline, this little park is popular with wedding proposals. Apart from the great views, don’t expect much when visiting. Chicago has sadly neglected this park and it is in need of restoration.”

“I think it's a great waterpark - brought 5 kids on my own and felt it was manageable and safe. There's a little kids play area, a zero depth pool with diving board/chute slide/lily pads, another play area with a dump bucket, water slides & lazy river. Free under 2 YO. What I learned: *Get there before it starts or be prepared to stand in line (no shade) *Parking is a limited and the main lot is a pretty decent walk; dropped my kids and had them wait in line while I parked *You can bring in all your own food and a cooler - snack shop is good but gets expensive (hot dog, pizza, mozzarella sticks, fries, snacks, water) *Bring your water plus MORE waters - everything sold/water fountains were all warm *People set up LEGIT PARTIES: like tents, blankets, umbrellas, sandwich trays, full pizzas, chairs. I wish I would have brought some of these items to 'claim my area': like a folding chair or 2 + blanket + shade umbrella - there is VERY LITTLE SHADE *Bring a wagon to carry all of the items listed above from the parking lot to the park”

“Very well equipped gym in well cleaned and maintained facilities. The staff are all super friendly, and I generally get good vibes from all the routine frequenters. The locker room is great, with plenty of lockers and showers, steam room, sauna, and hot tub. There is a great group fitness schedule, with tons of options throughout the day everyday. I haven’t done personal training here, but the trainers all seem personable and courteous. My biggest complaint is how busy it is here - I’ve tried going before work (~7a-8a) and after work (~6p) - both times are completely slammed to the point that you’ll need to be flexible with your workout or wait around for equipment to open up. Typically doable, but just a little annoying on some days. Overall - very good experience.”

“It's a good gym if you just take care of your billing on time and dont have to get a hold of someone there. Its open 24/7, so in my opinion, I would rather call them 6 times If I forget to change the card on my billing than have limited hours especially that my job does require my attention 24/7 as well so hourly flexibility is a sale point. Its clean enough for the area its in, and they do offer desinfecting spray and towels. Verity of machines and weights, but bring your own clips if you use barbells in your workout.”

“I just recently moved to Chicago and was very excited that I could walk to this particular gym. Plus there is a large parking lot for parking. It is next to a sports complex so on the weekends parking can be hard. Walking into the gym was not pleasant. On 5/23/23 I walked into the gym to find two of the associates seated in the hand chairs playing on their cellphones so I had to self check in. Most PF gyms staff checks you in and greet you with a smile. Not here the equipment is in good condition and the gym was not that crowded which made me have a smooth workout. Sadly the gym was filthy and not one associate seemed concerned enough to clean. The floor was very sticky and trash was all over the place. Around 08:30 a tall light skin associate arrived and did an assessment of the place. When I was leaving around 09:15 the two associates were still on their cell phones one in the hand chairs and the other in the black card lounge area. The tall lady had a bucket and some spray bottles so I’m assuming she was going to try and clean up the gym. I would really like to use this gym but not with it looking like this.I gave 3 stars only because the gym is never crowded and the machines are always available”
