“Visited Waikiki for the week but wanted to balance out all the foods I was eating with a little fitness. Orange Theory Waikiki is such a great studio about a fifteen minute walk from all the main hotels and they have such friendly studio associates and a great community of members. The 7am and 8am classes book up quickly so make sure to reserve in advance. The studio itself is small but both trainers I had were full of energy and did a great job walking through the exercises. Just got to remember to bring my heart rate monitor next time I come visit… but I will definitely be coming back!”
