“It's huge! Highly recommend to beginners and experienced climbers alike. Loads of top rope routes and 8 or 9 auto belay, as well as plenty of very long lead routes across the roof. Minimal bouldering, so if you're not planned to use ropes, I would suggest going elsewhere, but if you're doing roped climbing, you can easily spend a full day here! Pleasantly surprised by how warm it was inside for this time of year. Didn't venture outside as its November, but the outside boulders and ropes looks amazing too. Be aware, there's no cafe on site, just a coffee and soft drinks machine which only take cash. There's a Spar shop across the road, though.”

“The gym looks nice due to the architecture and most of the equipment is in good condition. However, there are too many annoying problems that persist and don’t get fixed. - toilet seat is broken for months - only one toilet that is dirty most of the time - changing room is extremely hot and has very bad air - gym is constantly too hot as well - water in showers is cold in the morning - money just randomly disappears from card after using a shower (even though the staff told me repeatedly that it should be free in my contract) - cleaning staff is in the way, when using the changing room in the morning When asking the staff members about one of those things, they confirm that it gets „noted“, but nothing changes.”

“The gym itself is really nice, well laid out, the staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. However, the MATRIX machines are always not quite working properly. I keep getting told it's because they need recalibration which will be done that day but it never is. Half of the time they don't record your workout, or they freeze on login, or they don't login at all, or the touchscreens don't work etc. I keep reporting it but no improvement. Not really good enough considering the price of membership. I expected better 🤷♂️”

“So far the best gym I have ever been to. Unfortunately was only for a couple of months while I was staying in Vienna. Would definitely recommend it to everyone that looks for a clean gym with a lot of equipment and a professional trainers. Extra compliment deserves the swimming pool. Only negativity is that the parking in DC Tower costs like 3€/hour so I ended up paying around 150€ extra a month only for the parking.”
