“Giving one star simple because 0 was not an option.I Don’t usually write reviews but I’m completely disgusted with the quality and poor customer service after the purchase. Purchase a 22in lace front wig(5/6) only to the hair to be completed matted with in 15 days and shedding extremely bad. I’ve taken it to a professional stylist to get assist and nothing helps. I’m soo disappointed because the wig was nice when I purchased. This is very very poor quality hair please save your money”

“I have been to this place twice before to get a bob cut never had a problem. It’s been 3 years since I’ve wanted to get a bob cut again and decided to go back. The guy I think his name is Tom that cut my hair today did not take the time to look at the cut that I wanted. I showed him pictures. He just started chopping off my hair thinned it out so much my hair was thick and now I feel like I don’t have any hair left and the haircut is not what I was asking for. It’s all uneven and choppy in the back! I will not be returning to this place. Very disappointed as it used to be a good place. I don’t recommend it. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews on how they operate before I decided to come back to this place. Now is so short I can’t even go anywhere else to fix his mistake!”
