A friend came in with me and was in the room while I was getting my belly done. “Had cool sculpting done and was guaranteed a 27% reduction, I was firstly quoted $1400 and I was booked in. On the day of the treatment the consultant told me I was incorrectly quoted and said that the procedure will cost $3,700.00 she went on to tell me that this was a discounted rate from the original price of $7,000.00 It cost me thousands of dollars. I was told that I will see the results in 2 months and I was to come back after 2 months to do the after photos and measure in. I had zero results and no improvement what so ever despite the guarantee. When I returned after waiting 3 months I told them that I didn’t think I had any results and definitely not 27% and they apologised and told me that they had lost my before photos so had nothing to compare it to, when I asked them about the guarantee they said they would have the manager contact me weeks past and I never received a call I tried contacting them numerous times and no one called me back. I then contacted fair trading and they were unable to get in contact with the manager either who is obviously guilty of ripping customers off and guaranteeing false results Anna to gutless to contact me. I urge you not to ever go to these guys as they are a rip off and the treatment does not work. You will be wasting your money”
