“Be careful with this company. The customer service is terrible. They don't care about their clients. 4 days ago I sent an email with a kind request to send me my contract - it's been already 5 days I haven't heard from them. They ignored me. There is also a problem with the temperature of the water. I lost a few sessions because the water in the swimming pool was too cold for me - it was 26 degrees and I don't have the proper clothes to do the sport for 1 hour in the cold water. Have in mind that they advertise their swimming pools "aqua biking in 28 degrees swimming pool"! which is written on the window in Réaumur Studio. Finally, after many questions and arguing with me (???) that 26 degrees is perfect they explained me why the temperature changes and that sometimes it can happen like this. OK. I thought, I will accept it and sometimes I ask before entering the pool what is the temperature. Last time the lady at the counter, she lied to me. What is the problem to tell me what's the temperature of the water? She was rude and she told me that I can check by myself (???). I pay 149€ per month and I lost the whole pleasure of visiting AquaBy. AquaBy has so many positive comments because they promise you some gifts for a review - which btw I have never received for my previous review. The last email from them is "the water in our studios is always between 27-29 degrees) - why do you lie to your customers? It's not true. I can feel the difference and I know when it is 26 - it's very cold. 27 - it's fine. 29 - we had never such warm water. Maybe for kids. The classes and the teachers are amazing - that was my first review of this place. I also read that there are some tricky points in the contract you sign with them, that's why I asked them to see my contract - no reply till now. Big DISAPPOINTMENT. Instead of making the client feel taken care of, they ignore you. For 149€ per month!”

I loved my visit at Terre Ugo so much, I went twice! The first time to learn about the history of the family owned farm & the second visit my friend and I participated in their soap making workshop. This was very fun, and was a unique activity! Terre Ugo is also a beautiful outdoor venue space which is used for weddings, baby showers, family reunions and so much more!! Perfect space for families, solo travellers, big groups and dogs as well. The team are all super friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions that you have. Looking forward to visiting again in my next visit to Aix-en-Provence.”

“Didn't know what a Hammam sauna was prior to coming here but learnt fast watching others lie on the centre piece. Used the hoses to cool down. New experience. You have to reserve to enter the spa. Emailing them was most efficient. I struggled with the phone because it was always a voice message in the local language which I could not understand. A larger pool area upstairs with lots of jets going off at 3 min intervals is relaxing. Downstairs near the many sauna types are different showers all with incredible shower heads. Plenty of deck or chairs that you can relax on. A great recharge place after long days boarding or skiing. Hours are limited so check times. For the time I was here it was just 3pm till 8pm. Nothing earlier. I paid the extra 10 euro to get a supplied dressing gown and disposable footwear, so all up for 45 euro for 5hrs, reasonable value in my view.”

Then we chose a menu consisting of a starter (I had a soft-boiled egg), main course (cod fillet) and finally a dessert (poached pear with chestnut ice cream). It was delicious and the quantities were actually correct. The decor of the restaurant is unique, but I like it.”
