“I had my second session last Saturday (October 2023). The whole laser experience is very new to me so still a little nervous. My first appointment was great. I forget her name but the technician was so professional and took her time to explain the process. She was patient and pleasant. On 28 October I had my second ever session and it wasn't as pleasant. The technician was on her phone scrolling on social media when I walked both in and out. She rushed through the appointment. She was scrolling on her phone as she went over the aftercare instructions. I could barely hear her as she was seated in a corner at the desk scrolling. I was highly disappointed because my fist session was so amazing that I signed up for more services and intended to buy more packages for other areas but rethinking to try another place for my other body parts. Great location though, easy to get to. Also, front receptionists are nice and professional. Just a terrible technician I experienced unfortunately. EDIT: I received a call from Kaila who was very helpful in reassuring me that my experience is not the norm at SEV. Thank you Kaila for the effort. My last two sessions have been smooth and the technicians amazing. I purchased more packages too.”

“BAR REVIEW ONLY. Came here for apps and drinks Sunday afternoon—wasn’t too many people so we got a high top in the bar area. The restaurant is decorated with holiday decorations, it’s so pretty! The Artichoke & Crab Dip for 2 was pretty good! Their French Fries were good as well. For cocktails, we tried The Gatsby Royale and Dorian’s Temptation—everyone enjoyed it. Service was great too!”

“I've been to this place a few times but my last two visits were less than stellar. Last Summer I had an appointment then received a last minute notification that the time changed. I showed at the new time to and rang the buzzer, no one answered, and I stood outside for 30 mins in the blistering sun. I left then received a call 45 mins later that they were ready for me. No apologies no nothing. I decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. Showed up at my time and got buzzed in this time and was told to wait. Thirty minutes later the aesthetician comes out and says she's ready. I asked her what time my appointment was thinking maybe I'd gotten it wrong. I explained that I had a meeting to attend. She asked if I wanted to leave so I left. People run late for various reasons but communicate that to your clients and be professional. Had she just said "hey, sorry, I am running 30 mins late" at the time she let me in I could have rescheduled. Rather than wasting my time listening to her private conversation she was having with her client for thirty minutes.”
