“I've been here for a haircut in July '21 while I was on holiday. I was treated like a princess, they were super professional, the haircut was amazing. I then came back to London, yesterday I went to Tony & Guy to have the same haircut and they failed miserably. Michele was so experienced. I will definitely go back there if I need a haircut in Foggia. The only flaw was the aesthetician, his wife, she didn't really make me feel comfortable and at ease, she was quite judgemental about my skin condition just to convince me to do more treatments and spend more money , which is very unprofessional. But the hard work of Michele and his girls - especially the girl with tattoos on her arms - deserves more than 5 stars. Really reccomended.”

They have two pools and both of them are gorgeous. Everything is so great. We’re so lucky to stay here and we definitely will back again ♥️.”

“Very rude staff! They were constantly following everyone in the Spa, it looked like there was one person in charge of spying on each group of people to see what they do and where they go! When you enter, they only tell you in a very threatening and insulting way the things that you should not do, no warm greetings here! I’d say one word about the staff but I can’t say it here….. Will go to villaggio della salute next time!”

“I came for a balayage and litterly they made a huge mess and destroy to my hair. Despite of my awarness of italiano, i asked from two photos what i was lookig for and they made my hair blond and orange. Was not even a balayage and they where telling me that i was looking gorgeous when i could see them talking (coworkers) and everyone looking at me like ugh.. the girl that had to do my job was nervous and she felt sorry for having to do this job when the guy from the stablishment made her do it. In fact, perhaps i had bvery bad luck and was only to my, but i had to pay 118 euro for that job, but well, they gave me for free a nutrition ttreatment and color and hair cut fr the next day for the inconvenience.”

If I can give a couple of suggestions: - The water in the hydromassage pool is cold and does not encourage you to stay in. - the changing rooms and lockers are narrow and there are few benches which makes dressing difficult; Overall pleasant experience. I got my bits and waited at checkout for over 15 minutes because a lady in front was having an issue. I could see that there was another cashier chatting to someone who looked like she knew personally. The line was getting long and still no sign of anyone coming. Eventually another lady came and I was able to get my few bits.”
