“As a whole very average. Had to book and pay upfront which was very odd and then other walk ins went before me. I had a cut and beard trim which was $65 which normally I wouldn’t be too offended by, but the cut was very quick and there was not cut throating to finish and the fade was very basic. Overall wouldn’t go back and would try another QT barber first.”

“Beards are mysterious creatures, every one is different. After a terrible experience at another barber Jap took the time to really listen and understand what I was looking for. He asked questions and talked me through his plan. He took his time and the end result is the best beard trim I've ever had. I felt like a million bucks walking out. Professional and friendly really great vibes, very clean shop with a great fit out. Highly recommend!”

“Visited this salon a few months back. The owner Sarah assisted me, she was friendly and quite talkative however she appeared to be distracted a lot by family coming in and customers walking in. Completely understand that you want to greet your customers but it was a lot of stopping and starting particularly around family members coming in. During the very short consultation I showed inspo pics of what I was after, my hair was long so I only wanted dead ends chopped off and soft bouncy layers, unfortunately I did not get the desired outcome, my hair was cut quite bluntly and the layers were very short. When I would put my hair up in a ponytail all you could see were blunt choppy ends. I requested a fringe and she tried to talk me out of it & when I reminded her she decided to cut it but it was again not how I asked for it. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you are after a specific desired look as I don’t think she truly understood what I was after due to distractions, not listening or asking enough questions to truly understand the clients request.”

Not somewhere you could go to to have a relaxing time. called in to ask if there are any available timeslots left to reserve for the day and the girl responded “no” then drops the call. Could be a little bit more respectful and courteous when talking to customers.”
